Answered on 23rd May '24
Blood clots in urine and lower left back pain could be indicative of a urinary tract issue or kidney problem. Consult your doctor such as a urologist or a primary care doctor, who can evaluate your symptoms, conduct a physical examination, and order further tests.
Meantime you can drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and avoid any irritating substances such as caffeine or alcohol, that could exacerbate the symptoms.

I'm 17 years old and I pee almost every second when ever I stand ,I also get this ticklish feeling that makes me vibrate and very little drop almost every day almost two weeks now but if I am sitting down I don't get the urge to pee and if I sit for a long time when I stand up I pee immediately but the pee tends to be longer than the normal drops.this has been so embarrassing for me I can't even go to the hospital if not I might pee in the car.

This could mean that you have an infection in your pee parts. It could also mean that your pee bag is too active. Many things can cause these problems. Stress can make it happen. Not drinking enough water can also make it happen. Hormone changes in your body can make it happen too. It is important to drink plenty of water. Do exercises to train your pee bag. You may need to see a urologist.

I had burning while urination and I took the antibiotics prescribed to me about 6 months ago by a doctor for UTI. even though the antibiotic course is complete I still feel an uneasy feeling while urination, basically in the beginning and I have been feeling very weak and drowsy. This burning sensation started 2 days after I had sex with my partner using protection. None of us have any STI or other infections. What should I do now?
Female | 23
Feeling a burning sensation when peeing after antibiotics might signify an infection. Your symptoms started post-intimacy, suggesting it relates. It's important to see a urologist soon to address any underlying issues. Meanwhile, drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest.

Hey doc, My name is Bhargav and I am 30, From the last 2 weeks I have had so much of pain in my urethra and the pain starts when I go for urination, and it goes for more than 30 minutes even after urination. no change of color of urine or no smell from urine. No other frequent urination. I have one more condition from childhood, when I was 4 years old I was a victim of Child sexual abuse by my neighbor girl That time. and from then I had so much of pain in my urethra part all of sudden any time during the day, but that pain was gone with time and that pain was different than this pain. but when last year I got married That old pain started in my penis but comes and goes any time in day or night. but it doesn't hurt me when I go for pee. from the last 5 days I have taken Cefixime and PPI, and after taking Cefixime the pain is in control at more than 80 percent but still, it's paining in my urethra while I go for pee.

There is the probability that you have urinary tract infection which is the one causing the pain in your urethra. On one hand, with your background of sexual abuses and current disorders, it is significant to identify sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia and gonorrhea. Male | 26
Hydrocele could be a common condition where an extra amount of liquid forms around the testicle causing swelling. There are cases when medications are not effective and surgery is required to be done. This can be done by a urologist and this is a minor surgery that drains extra fluid. This may be a simple procedure that can help to eliminate the issue. It would be a good idea to see your urologist for a check-up and take it from there.

Bleeding from the penis during intercourse can result from a skin tear or a ruptured blood vessel. While it may seem alarming, especially if blood appears during urination, it's important to seek medical attention right away.
