The presence of jelly-like yellow granules in your ejaculate can be due to various factors, including dietary habits and hydration levels. It's good to hear you have no pain or burning sensations. Fatigue and sleep issues may relate to your lifestyle or nutritional intake. Consider incorporating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and staying hydrated. Regular exercise and good sleep hygiene can also improve your energy and rest. However, it's essential to consult a urologist for a thorough evaluation and personalized guidance.

I am a young man aged 23. Recently, I have been passing a white watery fluid from my penis and I sometimes feel a sharp pain when I urinate. I had unprotected sex with my partner and I think she may have infected me with something, not sure what it is. I know the sooner the better but how long can I take before getting treatment for it to be severe
Male | 23
The symptoms you mentioned (white discharge, and painful urination) could indicate an infection that requires treatment. Infections left unattended can worsen. Hence, it would be best if you tried to see a urologist who will diagnose you correctly and give you the appropriate treatment soon.

4mm kidney stone in middle calyx of right kidney
Male | 37
A 4mm stone in the middle part of your right kidney can cause discomfort, such as pain in your side or back, and possibly changes in urination. These stones often form due to dehydration, diet, or other medical conditions. Many small stones can pass naturally with increased hydration and some dietary adjustments. However, it’s crucial to follow up with an urologist for personalized guidance and to ensure there are no complications. They may suggest imaging tests or medications to help manage any symptoms.

After my running and workouts I am going to pee my urin mix with blood
పురుషుడు | 27
Sometimes blood appears in your pee after running or working out. This is exercise-induced hematuria. During exercise, the bladder gets bumped around and tiny blood vessels rupture, releasing blood into urine. To stop this, drink plenty of fluids beforehand and take it easier during your workout routine. If it keeps happening or worsens, see a urologist.

You may have phimosis, a condition where the foreskin cannot be retracted because it is too tight. However, you will need to consult a urologist for an evaluation and discussion of treatment options including steroid creams as well as circumcision. To avoid disturbance and possible complications, this condition should not be overlooked.

Male | 21
From time to time, men often have nocturnal emissions also known as ‘nightfall’. In case if it occurs regularly after cessation of the masturbation habit, then is probably because your body in its natural way releases ejaculation that was locked. It is not harmful, and it usually goes away on its own. Though, if it is really giving any major concern then talking to a urologist can offer individual advice and treatment.

You had mumps as well as a possible testicular swelling which sometimes occurs after the disease. It can result in one of the testicles being smaller. This is known as testicular atrophy. Time might be required for the other testicle to get back to its normal size. If it stays the same, you must consult a urologist for a thorough check-up.

Your sperm counts are low. Sperm have trouble moving. These issues make having kids very difficult. Many things can cause low sperm count and poor sperm movement. Sometimes it is due to hormone problems or genetics. Lifestyle choices may also affect sperm. You should speak to a fertility doctor about your results. They can suggest treatments that may help. The doctor can also recommend lifestyle changes for better sperm health. This could improve your odds of having a baby.
