Hi, I am recovering from severe Hepatitis A. Underwent 3 sessions of plasma exchange and I am recovering well. Bilirubin has also gone down all the way to 4 and is still going down. INR is also around 1.25 from 3.5+ previously. Physically feeling much better. I got the disease before almost 3 and a half to 4 months. The only thing bothering me is that before 2 months or so I noticed a small rice-like lump in my scrotum left side. Slightly larger than rice. It seems separate from testicles. It is painless. Size hasn't increased in last 2 months. It can move slightly in all directions. Kindly consult if it is something I should worry about. Thanks
Male | 25
Let’s talk about the lump in your scrotum. It's good that it doesn’t cause you pain. It might be a benign condition called a hydrocele, which is a fluid-filled sac around the testis. Since it hasn't grown and isn't painful, there's no need to worry. However, it's still a good idea to mention it to your doctor during your next check-up.

Male | 20
You are going through a kidney stone which can be a reason for the pain that spreads to the testicles. This pain can also decrease sperm count. Kidney stones occur because there are stone-like deposits. You can drain the stone by drinking water. If the pain continues, Visit a nephrologist.

so im uncircumsised and my foreskin is very tight and cant peel fully back even when soft - it also looks weird under like different from typical circumsised
Male | 18
You may have a condition called phimosis. It is a tightening that prevents the skin from retracting properly. This is quite typical, it can be due to many different factors such as natural development or skin elasticity. The most important thing to remember is to stay clean and maybe light stretching could help in time. In case of any discomfort or problems, I suggest you talk to a urologist. They will advise you according to your situation and um will tell you about the treatment options that might benefit you.

Male | 30
Epididymitis is commonly characterized by swelling, tenderness, and pain in the testicular area. It might be related to infections, inflammation, or other root causes. I not had sex for 2 years and I get blue colour in my testicular sack and they acke a bit and it feels like a lump in a tube below my left testicular also struggling to get erect now
Male | 48
Something might be amiss with your testicles. The blue hue and throbbing ache could mean poor blood circulation. The lump may signal a varicocele, an enlarged vein. Such a condition can sometimes lead to erectile troubles. Seeking medical attention is crucial; a urologist can prescribe treatments to alleviate your discomfort.

In some cases it could be a sign of a more serious health condition like diabetes or heart disease. It is also essential to avoid self-diagnosis and treatment since this could rather aggravate the situation. Please visit the urologist without delay for exact diagnosis and treatment.

My wife has been feeling headache ,body pain and weakness since Saturday afternoon, after all tets like Dengue Rapid and also Elisa ,Chikungunya it all came negative , today did urine analysis and pus cells mentioned as 10-20 and Epithelial cells as 5-15. Have also given for blood culture tets today ,that I hope report will come by 31st July. Also in previous CBC test 2 days back CRP result was 49.
Female | 41
The symptoms she is having like headaches, body pain, weakness, and pus cells in her urine could indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI). High levels of CRP in her blood could suggest an infection. It's great that you have done tests to check for other diseases. After you get the blood culture results, a urologist can advise the correct treatment, which might include antibiotics for a UTI.

Hello, I have had a UTI since July. The symptoms have appeased but I still have frequent urination.
Female | 27
It's not normal to have UTI symptoms for so long.. CONSULT a doctor.. Frequent URINATION can indicate UTI or other conditions.. UTI symptoms include burning during URINATION or cloudy URINE. Untreated UTI can lead to kidney damage or SEPSIS. Drinking plenty of fluids helps flush bacteria out of your system.. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods that irritate the BLADDER.. Antibiotics are necessary to treat UTI.. Finish the entire course prescribed by your doctor..

I’m an 18 year old male My right testicle is swollen and I’m having lower right back pain the pain of my back is about 4 out of 10 my testicle only ache sometimes this has been going on for the last few months it hasn’t changed in shape or size
Male | 18
A swollen testicle and back pain could be from a condition called epididymitis. This happens in cases of infection or injury. On the other hand, medical check-up seems to be of utmost importance. They may come up with suggestions for the use of antibiotics or pain relievers. Always remember, it is always better to deal with these issues before they get out of hand.

I'm a 18 year old male and my penis and anus are swollen and red I have semen constantly coming out of my penis
Male | 18
This may be a sign of infection in your genital area. If your testicles are swollen, red, and have a discharge of semen all the time, it is not normal. This may be caused by a sexually transmitted disease or inflammation. These conditions require medical attention for healing. Therefore, it is important that you see a urologist as soon as possible for proper care and treatment.
