Is a Pain-free Scrotal Lump Post-Hepatitis A Worrisome?
Hi, I am recovering from severe Hepatitis A. Underwent 3 sessions of plasma exchange and I am recovering well. Bilirubin has also gone down all the way to 4 and is still going down. INR is also around 1.25 from 3.5+ previously. Physically feeling much better. I got the disease before almost 3 and a half to 4 months. The only thing bothering me is that before 2 months or so I noticed a small rice-like lump in my scrotum left side. Slightly larger than rice. It seems separate from testicles. It is painless. Size hasn't increased in last 2 months. It can move slightly in all directions. Kindly consult if it is something I should worry about. Thanks

Let’s talk about the lump in your scrotum. It's good that it doesn’t cause you pain. It might be a benign condition called a hydrocele, which is a fluid-filled sac around the testis. Since it hasn't grown and isn't painful, there's no need to worry. However, it's still a good idea to mention it to your doctor during your next check-up.

Last 10 days I have uti everything is fine expect my private part. There is slight burning in my penis tip every time.

This is called a urinary tract infection (UTI), which happens when germs get into your urinary system. These infections can be treated easily with medicine prescribed by an urologist. Be sure to drink lots of water.

It feels like I have to urinate bad, then nothing. I can pushout a little at a time. I took azo medication for UTI. It seemed better on day 3 after taking the meds.then at night it's back with vengeance. I'm just living on the toilet
Male | 38
A bladder infection could make you feel like peeing a lot, but little urine comes out. Azo medication helps with symptoms, yet drinking plenty of water and not holding pee is crucial. If issues persist, seeing a urologist for evaluation and treatment is wise.

I'm having pain or burning with urination
Female | 22
A urinary tract infection is likely the cause of your symptoms. Germs invading your urinary system instigate inflammation. Along with painful, burning urination, you might experience frequent urges and cloudy urine. Staying hydrated aids in flushing out bacteria. However, if discomfort persists, consulting a urologist would be prudent.

Blood in urine. Have been face and this problem since this morning I do not have any abdominal pain. But I do have some clots and blood while peeing I feel like I'm just peeing blood I don't know the exact percentage of blood in my urine. I'm no doctor but I was expecting the reasons could be two , one is I had lots of meat a day before this but I didn't drink any water properly and the other is I used unsterilised cup ( I just wanted to try it and I'm not on my periods) and also while using the menstrual cup, right before that I used a cream( clobeta gm) which might be on my hand and that cream has a caution saying - wash your hands after applying. But I'm not really sure about the reason.

Blood in urine can be a manifestation of different medical conditions like infections, kidney stones, tumors, and other medical problems. It is recommended that you see a urologist or a nephrologist for a diagnosis and also for the proper treatment. Don’t medicate yourself, as it will only worsen the situation.

The possibility of your boyfriend's methamphetamine consumption leading to a failed urine drug test for you tomorrow is improbable. The likelihood of drugs entering your system through his ejaculation during intercourse is minuscule.

Male | 20
You are going through a kidney stone which can be a reason for the pain that spreads to the testicles. This pain can also decrease sperm count. Kidney stones occur because there are stone-like deposits. You can drain the stone by drinking water. If the pain continues, Visit a nephrologist.

I’m concerned about an unusual penile discharge
Male | 25
A weird fluid leaking from your privates might indicate an issue. Stuff dripping from your penis that isn't normal for you is a symptom. Infections like those passed during sex or bladder troubles often cause this. Drink lots of water, don't get intimate, and get checked by a urologist to find the reason and cure it properly.

For kidney stone of 9mm what treatment should be taken
Male | 50
Kidney stones bring discomfort—a 9mm stone big enough causes side, back pain. Drinking water helps pass stones naturally. Medications may aid too if the stone's too large, ultrasound breaks it into smaller pieces. Rarely surgery's needed. Drink water to flush out the stone.
