You could be suffering from a urinary tract infection. The pain during urination and discharge are among the symptoms that an individual may experience. It is crucial to hydrate yourself with a lot of water and avoid retaining your pee. A urologist might need to prescribe you medicines to be infected. Ensure to urinate when you feel like it and attempt to keep yourself well-hydrated.

ULTRA SONOGRAPHY OF SCROTUM REGION Left scrotal sac is empty. Left testis is normal in size and seen in left inguinal canal, likely to represent undescended testis. Left testis measuring 15 x 8mm. Right testis is normal in size and echopattern. Right testis measuring 19 x 10 mm Right epididymis is normal in thickness. No free fluid is seen around the tunica vaginalis at either side,
Male | 7
It's as if, the testis on the left hasn't descended properly into the scrotum. This can happen due to different factors. The testicle that hasn't descended is usually not painful, but the person might have fertility problems later in life. First of all, a urologist needs to be involved in the diagnostic process for the identification of an applicable remedy.

For a urologist: Hi, I'm 16 year old male, I have phimosis and hypersensitive glans, Recently I brought betnovate-n to lossen the foreskin but how do I apply it without syringe? Do I just pull back the foreskin to where it starts feel uncomfortable, that way the cream will definitely get on the glans and over long extended period of time, won't the cream start to do harm to the glans? Do I apply it when I have erection? It is harder to pull the foreskin back when I have erection, and can I urinate before or after applying the cream? Does the foreskin and glans have to be dry before applying the cream? I brought the cream without a urologist's diagnosis since I live in a traditional village without access to such things, not to mention that I don't have the type relationship to anyone in my family where I can talk about these things, so I did bit research and I definitely have phimosis grade 3-4(I can barely see the glans when i have erection) I came across article which said that steroid creams can thin the foreskin to the point where it will rip apart, so I'm very scared and nervous. What's the chance of that happening? Ignore any grammar mistakes as English isn't my first language. Thank you very much.
Male | 16
Phimosis is when the foreskin is tight and can't be retracted. This condition can lead to itching and difficulty in proper hygienic upkeep. Betnovate-N cream can help to get rid of the tight sheath. You can apply a small portion to the tight area when the foreskin is dry. One easy way is, to shallowly trigger it back to the elastic extent without making any patient uncomfortable. Alternatively, restrict your dosage of cream to avoid the risk of side effects.

What causes bright red blood when I ejaculate It's been going on for two weeks
Male | 64
This may occur because of irritation or a germ in the prostate or urethra. It’s also possible that you have been injured while having sex or you might have a UTI. Ensure you seek proper medical attention for the right diagnosis. Refrain from any further sexual intercourse until after seeing a urologist to avoid worsening the situation.

I’m a 24 year old female who has been experiencing pain in lower abdomen/groin area and discomfort while peeing. I took a uti test at home and my result came back as negative for nitrites but positive for leukocytes. Is there a chance I have a uti?
Male | 24
You may be at risk of suffering a UTI. However, you should confirm the diagnosis with a healthcare worker. I suggest seeing a urologist or a gynecologist for more tests and treatment options. Not paying attention to these symptoms can result in a secondary infection or cause a disease to spread.

2 weeks ago I noticed during masturbation that my semen looked like little jelly. Same problem after 2 times masturbation.
Male | 18
It is normal for semen to have a slightly jelly-like texture, but if it continues, it could be a sign of dehydration or an underlying condition. It’s best to consult a urologist, who specializes in male reproductive health, to get a proper evaluation and ensure there are no issues.

Right side spermatic cord funiculitis
Male | 20
Spermatic cord inflammation is one of the diseases that can cause discomfort, swelling, and localized pain on the affected side. Common causes of infections include bacteria and viruses (causing most of the infections) and a few fungi and parasites. Analgesics, which are available without a prescription, can be of assistance in reducing the flu effects, however, staying in bed and abstaining from hard activities are the critical parts. If there are any disease symptoms or they aggravate, I advice you to consult a urologist.

Last year I had balanitis and there was tissue damage. Since then I have been having trouble with erection. Also, when I ride bike for long, my testis hurts. Please advise.
Male | 27
You might be dealing with some of the complications from the balanitis you had before. Loss of erection and testicular pain can be an outcome of tissue damage from the infection. Suppose you keep riding for long hours; the pressure tends to get into the infected area. Meeting a urologist is necessary for talking about your symptoms so that you can take a means to deal with the problems that cater to your situation.

A hydrocele that you have in your scrotum is like a gelatinous sac. It takes place when there is an accumulation of fluid around the testis. Mostly, it has no pain, but you may see a swelling. It is a normal thing and usually doesn't pose any risks. But, in case it enlarges or you have some discomfort, it is advisable to visit a urologist to ensure that everything is fine.

Experiencing a burning sensation can stem from several factors, including irritation, infection, or allergies. Common symptoms may also include redness, swelling, or pain. It's essential to maintain good hygiene and avoid irritants like harsh soaps. Drinking plenty of water can help if dehydration is a concern. However, given your discomfort persists, it’s wise to consult a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment. I been having issues where im going to much to the bathroom a lot at night and cramping up a lot why am i have those issues
Male | 33
It seems that you have the problem of unnecessarily frequent urination at night and the associated cramps. These conditions might be caused by an overactive bladder, which involves the muscle of the urinary bladder squeezing more frequently than normal. It may result from different things like taking too much fluids before sleep or certain ailments. To manage this, reduce your liquid intake before going to bed and consult a urologist for more check-ups.
