How to Safely Apply Betnovate-n for Phimosis Treatment?

For a urologist: Hi, I'm 16 year old male, I have phimosis and hypersensitive glans, Recently I brought betnovate-n to lossen the foreskin but how do I apply it without syringe? Do I just pull back the foreskin to where it starts feel uncomfortable, that way the cream will definitely get on the glans and over long extended period of time, won't the cream start to do harm to the glans? Do I apply it when I have erection? It is harder to pull the foreskin back when I have erection, and can I urinate before or after applying the cream? Does the foreskin and glans have to be dry before applying the cream? I brought the cream without a urologist's diagnosis since I live in a traditional village without access to such things, not to mention that I don't have the type relationship to anyone in my family where I can talk about these things, so I did bit research and I definitely have phimosis grade 3-4(I can barely see the glans when i have erection) I came across article which said that steroid creams can thin the foreskin to the point where it will rip apart, so I'm very scared and nervous. What's the chance of that happening? Ignore any grammar mistakes as English isn't my first language. Thank you very much.

Phimosis is when the foreskin is tight and can't be retracted. This condition can lead to itching and difficulty in proper hygienic upkeep. Betnovate-N cream can help to get rid of the tight sheath. You can apply a small portion to the tight area when the foreskin is dry. One easy way is, to shallowly trigger it back to the elastic extent without making any patient uncomfortable. Alternatively, restrict your dosage of cream to avoid the risk of side effects.

Hello, a few months ago I had an episode where I was sitting to urinate, and then all of the sudden when I initiated my stream, I felt and heard the urine go backwards. After the incident, my perenium and the area around my anus were red and swollen. I want to know how this leakage occured? I recently had trauma to my urethra. I’m scared. As I have been dealing with this for awhile, and I have become sick.

In relation to your symptoms, it is likely that you have a urinary incontinence. Consulting a urologist with physical examinations and diagnostic testing to establish the underlying cause is essential. According to the diagnosis, treatment can be conducted in form of medications, pelvic floor exercises or surgery.

I get an erection but if I turn to get into position for the act it goes off instantly. Could it be a lower back problem?

Male | 46

Your condition could be Erectile dysfunction and it can have various causes, including physical, psychological or a combination of both. While lower back problems can contribute to sexual dysfunction in some cases, it's important to note that ED is a complex condition with multiple potential causes.

I'm having varicocele on my right testicle is it safe to masturbate

Male | 19

Essentially, a varicocele occurs when the veins within the scrotum expand, causing them to fill with blood – but commonly without any symptoms. Some people might experience a kind of achy pain or heaviness. It is not harmful at all to masturbate when you have it. If the valves in the veins aren’t working properly this could lead to what causes them in most cases.

Can you recommend me a cream for phimosis?

Male | 26

Phimosis, on the other hand, is a medical condition when the foreskin cannot be easily pulled back over the head of the penis. Such problems may obscure the urine flow and cause discomfort as well. Treatment can include the application of a steroid cream which the doctor will prescribe. The treatment will not only help the foreskin become softer but will also allow for its easy retraction.

Any treatment for Hypocontractile bladder?

Female | 35

Hypocontractile bladder is diagnosed when the bladder muscles are not strong enough. This may cause difficulties in emptying the bladder completely, which in turn may lead to symptoms such as frequent urination or lack of control over urination. To facilitate the improvement of this condition, the treatment options consist of pelvic floor exercises, lifestyle changes, and in some cases medications which can be added. These measures are useful in improving the strength of the hybrid muscles and alleviating symptoms.

I have a double j stent on the right side. It is inside dor over 10months. I have extreme pain, chills, uncomfort, problems with peeing. My doctors said that they can not take it out because i have an infection. Why is that?

Female | 25

If you have pain, chills, or discomfort and you are having a hard time peeing, this might mean that there is an infection. When stents stay in for too long they can get infected. Your doctors don’t want to take it out while there is still an infection because that would spread the infection even more. Most likely they will start by treating the infection and then see if it is safe to remove the stent.
