How to Safely Apply Betnovate-n for Phimosis Treatment?
For a urologist: Hi, I'm 16 year old male, I have phimosis and hypersensitive glans, Recently I brought betnovate-n to lossen the foreskin but how do I apply it without syringe? Do I just pull back the foreskin to where it starts feel uncomfortable, that way the cream will definitely get on the glans and over long extended period of time, won't the cream start to do harm to the glans? Do I apply it when I have erection? It is harder to pull the foreskin back when I have erection, and can I urinate before or after applying the cream? Does the foreskin and glans have to be dry before applying the cream? I brought the cream without a urologist's diagnosis since I live in a traditional village without access to such things, not to mention that I don't have the type relationship to anyone in my family where I can talk about these things, so I did bit research and I definitely have phimosis grade 3-4(I can barely see the glans when i have erection) I came across article which said that steroid creams can thin the foreskin to the point where it will rip apart, so I'm very scared and nervous. What's the chance of that happening? Ignore any grammar mistakes as English isn't my first language. Thank you very much.

Phimosis is when the foreskin is tight and can't be retracted. This condition can lead to itching and difficulty in proper hygienic upkeep. Betnovate-N cream can help to get rid of the tight sheath. You can apply a small portion to the tight area when the foreskin is dry. One easy way is, to shallowly trigger it back to the elastic extent without making any patient uncomfortable. Alternatively, restrict your dosage of cream to avoid the risk of side effects.

Pani ki ganth hai urethra m urine pressure se nhi aata operation bola h
Male | 18
It looks like you may have a blockage in your urethra because of swelling known as a urethral stricture. This can happen after past infections or injuries. Signs may be trouble starting to pee, having a weak flow, or feeling pain while urinating. Surgery might be required to correct this problem so that urine can flow normally again. You need to see a urologist about it as soon as possible.

The results from the semen analysis show some areas that need attention. The volume and alkaline reaction appear normal, but there are pus cells present, which could signify an infection. The sperm motility is a bit lower than desired, potentially affecting fertility. It's crucial to address any infections and review lifestyle factors influencing sperm health. Be sure to follow up with a urologist for further guidance and recommendations.

I'm having varicocele on my right testicle is it safe to masturbate
Male | 19
Essentially, a varicocele occurs when the veins within the scrotum expand, causing them to fill with blood – but commonly without any symptoms. Some people might experience a kind of achy pain or heaviness. It is not harmful at all to masturbate when you have it. If the valves in the veins aren’t working properly this could lead to what causes them in most cases.

Can you recommend me a cream for phimosis?
Male | 26
Phimosis, on the other hand, is a medical condition when the foreskin cannot be easily pulled back over the head of the penis. Such problems may obscure the urine flow and cause discomfort as well. Treatment can include the application of a steroid cream which the doctor will prescribe. The treatment will not only help the foreskin become softer but will also allow for its easy retraction.

You might have an infection in your urinary system. The burning feeling when you pee suggests germs entered that area. Drink lots of water to help flush them out. Avoid spicy foods and try cranberry juice, which could help. If burning persists, antibiotics from a urologist may be needed to clear the infection fully.

Hello, Man 26 years Old I was having sex 2 days ago with a woman and the condom burst during anal intercourse. I did hear the condom break and I was only in couple of seconds. Should I be testing for STI or taking PEP for HIV as precaution I don’t really know the woman but I did ask her the day after and she said she doesn’t have any illness. I’m just worried what if there’s HIV
Male | 26
HIV spreads through unprotected sexual contact. However, symptoms might not manifest immediately. Getting tested for STIs provides reassurance. Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) could prevent HIV infection, but consulting a urologist is important.

Prostate surgery ,urin not pass out from 5th days,
Male | 68
It is most unordinary for pee to stall after a prostate medical procedure. If you are unable to pee normally five days following surgery, it may be because of swelling or an obstruction. This can bring pain, the constant need to urinate, and the feeling of a full bladder. You should get in touch with a urologist immediately. They will be able to help identify what is causing the problem and give an appropriate treatment plan.

Any treatment for Hypocontractile bladder?
Female | 35
Hypocontractile bladder is diagnosed when the bladder muscles are not strong enough. This may cause difficulties in emptying the bladder completely, which in turn may lead to symptoms such as frequent urination or lack of control over urination. To facilitate the improvement of this condition, the treatment options consist of pelvic floor exercises, lifestyle changes, and in some cases medications which can be added. These measures are useful in improving the strength of the hybrid muscles and alleviating symptoms.

Even if one is ready to spend lacs of Rupees.
Size of penis is not important for satisfactory sexual relationships.
For this one should have a good hardness in the penis & should take sufficient time before discharge.
So please forget about increase in size of penis.
If you have any problem in getting hardness in the penis or you are suffering from quick discharge, then you may contact Your Family Doctor or sexologist.

I have a double j stent on the right side. It is inside dor over 10months. I have extreme pain, chills, uncomfort, problems with peeing. My doctors said that they can not take it out because i have an infection. Why is that?
Female | 25
If you have pain, chills, or discomfort and you are having a hard time peeing, this might mean that there is an infection. When stents stay in for too long they can get infected. Your doctors don’t want to take it out while there is still an infection because that would spread the infection even more. Most likely they will start by treating the infection and then see if it is safe to remove the stent.

I am a young man aged 23. Recently, I have been passing a white watery fluid from my penis and I sometimes feel a sharp pain when I urinate. I had unprotected sex with my partner and I think she may have infected me with something, not sure what it is. I know the sooner the better but how long can I take before getting treatment for it to be severe
Male | 23
The symptoms you mentioned (white discharge, and painful urination) could indicate an infection that requires treatment. Infections left unattended can worsen. Hence, it would be best if you tried to see a urologist who will diagnose you correctly and give you the appropriate treatment soon.

I'm 22 years old male, 10 months there is a sudden uncomfort in my scrotum. That is my right testicle came slightly up than regular position And I immediately consulted urologist And he done with visual test And prescribed blood test, urine test and ultrasound. In every report everything came normal only. Doctor said nothing is there you no need to worry. After 1 week I visited again and doctor said you will be cure,I doubted and went to ultrasound for another time this time also everything is normal But the fact is my right testicle is slightly came up.than it's regular position Still it is up only If I sleep to my right or left I'm unable to sleep comfortably.. But before it happened I slept my left or right very comfortably But not now..
Male | 22
You have experienced some scrotum discomfort due to the right testicle being in a slightly different position than usual. The test results were normal, but it is still okay to worry. This change in the position of your testicle may be due to a muscle strain or a minor injury. It is vital to keep an eye on any changes and visit a urologist if the pain does not go away. Meanwhile, avoid activities that may worsen the discomfort and consider wearing supportive underwear for added comfort.
