Why isn't sperm exiting after ejaculation?
After ejaculation sperm not pass out through penis why?
Urologist
Answered on 29th May '24
After a man ejaculates, semen should come out through his penis. If it doesn’t, there might be a blockage or something wrong with the tubes that carry sperm. This can cause pain in one’s testicles or lower stomach area. It is important to consult with a urologist who can conduct tests for an accurate diagnosis. Treatment may include surgery or other procedures to correct the problem so that the sperm can exit the body normally.

My problem is coronal hypospadias surgery for my son adult 25 year old help you me.9837671535 from Bareilly up
Male | 25
Your son's coronal hypospadias needs attention. The urethra's opening isn't where it should be. Urinating can be tricky. Surgery repositions the opening correctly. A urologist will check your son. They offer treatment options. The surgery helps the penis work better. It's an important step to take.

Male | 37
The severe pain is probably caused by either inflammation or nerve irritation. Paracetamol or Voltaren should help relieve it. Ensure the area remains dry and clean. If the pain persists or becomes worse, visit a urologist immediately for further treatment.

Hi i am 51 years old, I am having a burning sensation in urine after doing cycling for 4-5 days. Gan u suggest me any medicine
Female | 51
You might have got a urinary tract infection. While riding a bicycle, it can move germs into your bladder and this may be at least part of why you feel a burning sensation when you pee. One way to deal with this is to get your water intake high and take painkillers that you can find over the counter like ibuprofen. In addition to this, it's necessary to have a urologist evaluate you for a solution and proper care.

I noticed boil like bumps on my penis, it was 2 yesterday and it's like 6 now. I experienced this last year November but I used some antibiotics and it cleared after 3 weeks or thereabout. I'm just concerned it is repeating itself
Male | 22
It could be due to STIs, genital herpes or warts. Or also a bacterial infection. So contact a urologist soon to get it treated before it spreads.

Sexually transmitted disease
Male | 23
The treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) depends on the specific infection and its severity. Different STDs are treated with medications such as antibiotics for bacterial infections (e.g., chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis) or antiviral drugs for viral infections (e.g., herpes, HIV). Some STDs, like HPV, may not have a cure, but treatments are available to manage symptoms and prevent complications.
I would recommend seeking advice personally from a professional preferably a gynecologist or urologist in your location.

1 month ago my sperm color turned yellow, what is that condition, sometimes slight pain while urinating
Male | 26
Yellowish semen is also a symptom of health problems, including STDs, or prostate inflammation. Visiting a urologist or a reproductive specialist who can perform a thorough examination of any potential problems is recommended. Painful urination could be a sign of infection as well, that should be treated early, so you must visit doctor soon.

I think I might have a UTI; I keep needing to pee (nothing comes out), and my bladder feels uncomfortable when I'm walking. I have no medical history of having UTIs, and this has been going on since the start of the week. What do I do?
Female | 16
It sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection (UTI). It's important to drink plenty of water and avoid irritants like caffeine and alcohol. I strongly advise you to visit a urologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

You may have epididymitis. It's inflamed epididymis, part of reproductive system. Reasons: infections, strain. Pain, scrotal swelling, and urine discomfort are normal signs. Rest well, chill the region, and take OTC pain relievers. Stay hydrated, and avoid aggravating activity. See a urologist if no improvement or worsening occurs.

You might be suffering from a condition known as urethritis where the tube that carries urine becomes inflamed. As a result of this, there may be white or yellow discharge from the penis. Usually, it happens due to infection caused by bacterial infection while sometimes it’s viral. To treat it correctly you must see a urologist who will give you proper medications most likely antibiotics.

Can I get my testicles removed and my penis shortened so that only the glans is exposed
Male | 39
No, the removal of testicles and shortening of the penis to expose only the glans should not be part of the procedure. The process is known as orchiectomy, surgical removals of the testicles. It is irreversible and carries significant health risks, including infection, bleeding and long-term urinary and sexual dysfunction. Discussing their medical options and possible consequences with a urologist or a board-certified surgeon before making any decisions is vital.

3.3 cm left kidney stone kya sargery karana hoga
Male | 29
A 3.3 cm kidney stone is considered relatively large, and whether surgery is required depends on several factors. It's crucial to consult a urologist who can evaluate your condition, conduct necessary tests (such as imaging and urine analysis), and discuss treatment options tailored to your situation. Surgery is one potential option, but it may not always be the first choice, and less invasive methods could be considered based on your individual circumstances.

Hi, I am facing penis foreskin retracting issue. Not able to retract it. Also it is generating while substance under forskin. Can I use betnovat-n cream on forehead of penis
Male | 25
I advise you not to use the Betwonat-N cream on the foreskin of the penis. Foreskin retracting problem affects many males and therefore, you need to consult with a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. The white substance underneath the foreskin might be smegma, but this can be treated with good personal hygiene practices. Hence, you should see a urologist for a follow-up evaluation and develop a detailed treatment strategy.

I had symptoms of a uti so I was prescribed antibiotics. Before and after the Antibiotics I had no signs of nitrates, just leukocytes. After the antibiotics the only issue I had was vaginal dryness, itchiness and irritation in the urethra that made me have to pee more. All of these issues started after using soap in vaginal area consistently which I have now stopped. I treated the uti, then the yeast infection and now I am simply left with urethra irritation and dryness on my vulva. Good love mositurizer makes the symptoms go away. Do I just have a dry urethra?
Female | 20
This can occur after using soap in your vaginal area. The dryness can lead to irritation and itchiness down there. But do not worry, this issue can be fixed. Using a gentle lotion can help make the symptoms better. Just keep the area clean and do not use harsh soaps. If the itchiness does not go away, it is a good idea to see a urologist.
