Why am I experiencing ear pain, smell loss, and chest pain?

Am 35 years old Have been having this symptoms for the pass 4 to 5 months and have taking some treatment still am still feeling the symptoms, that’s why I need a specialist sir, have spend a lot of money from one clinic to another, My ear is paining me nd sometimes inching me an also feeling like the ear is block, then my nose I can’t smell things normal, then I also feel like something is stock inside my throat also feeling like vomiting too nd chest pain, my eyes is turning me feeling weak nd constant headache nd my stomach is turning me too, I can’t eat well and I can’t sleep well too and my body will be drawing me feeling like I want to fall, I can’t stand nd do things always setting or sleeping in the bed, have taking ulcer treatment and malaria treatment still yet no better improvement
