It's great to hear that you've seen improvement in one breast. Some asymmetry can be normal, especially during development. Gynecomastia, which you've experienced, often resolves on its own. Klinefelter syndrome involves other symptoms like reduced testosterone or fertility issues, which you haven't mentioned. Since you no longer have pain or hardness, that's a positive sign. Nevertheless, if you’re concerned about any remaining asymmetry or other symptoms, I recommend consulting a plastic surgeon for personalized advice and reassurance. They can provide a thorough evaluation to address any worries you may have.

Age-41yrs. From last 3 years suffering from a black patch all around my lips, specially below the lips on both sides. I had visited a doctor there who detected the problem to be Perical pig / Melasma Pg as written in the prescription. Treated me with the following medicines For the 1st month- Cetaphil gentle cleanser, Flutivate E cream alternate night and Kojic cream once in a day. Next visit I was advised to use Kojiglo cream once daily, Eukroma+Flutivate E cream on the patches twice a week. But I did not find any difference. I had informed the doctor that I cannot afford a very costly treatment, but on her assurance during my third visit I was applied Glycocil pack but yet felt no difference. Then was asked to use Dermadew Caloe lotion every day and Azideenz 10% gel once a day, this gel made my skin rough, when complained she advised me to use only Dermadew lotion day and night daily. My face is 2 to 3 shades darker than my body color. What to do now to get rid of this patch

Without a proper evaluation and diagnosis, I can't say. But normally, suggested treatments for perical pigmentation include topical medications and laser treatments and I do not recommend flutivate cream for pigmentation. However, based on your individual condition, the doctor will recommend the best treatment for you.

Several reasons for female baldness at the age of 18 include hormonal imbalances, stress factors in one’s life, taking certain medicines and underlying medical conditions. A visit to a hair loss dermatologist will help discover the underlying causes of this condition and recommend suitable treatments. Early intervention frequently results in good outcomes.

I have (in the last 24 hours) developed unusual blisters on my hands, fingers, nose, and cheek. Two mornings ago I woke up with a fever and chills (it has since subsided) and took Advil to help, but after two rounds of taking it, I noticed the bottle was a few years expired--perhaps this is related?

Male | 23

In the past 24 hours, if you have developed strange blisters around your hands, fingers cheek and nose then it is necessary to see a dermatologist. However, even if the expired Advil has no connection to the blisters, it is still essential never to take any medication after its expiration date. Seek specialized medical care in case your condition does not improve.

Sun exposure can darken the skin. Some medications can also cause the skin to darken. It's important to protect your skin from the sun and use a good cream recommended by a dermatologist. Your skin will heal if you take proper care of it. Some people's skin turns dark from too much sun, while others may experience darkening due to illness. Keep your skin safe from the sun and any injuries. Apply the cream prescribed by the dermat, and your skin will improve.

I have acne ...tiny bumps on my full face.. since may years...I want to get red from it

Female | 30

Skin conditions that are common to individuals of all ages include acne. It is marked by small bumps on the face and other areas of the body. These bumps are due to blockage of the pores and excessive sebum production. To avoid acne it is necessary to visit a dermatologist who specializes in diseases of the skin. They can prescribe treatments, including creams that you apply directly on the skin or take oral medication as well as other procedures recommended by doctors to make acne go away and not reoccur.
