Azoospermia refers to a condition in which there is no sperm found in the man’s semen. It can result from problems with sperm production or transport. The main symptom is the inability to conceive a child with one’s partner. Treatment depends on the cause. Sometimes medicine or surgery can help. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is an option in some cases. It is advisable to consult a fertility expert who will help you find an appropriate solution.

Can teratozoospemia be treated with sperm motility being 4%
Male | 30
With teratozoospermia (abnormal sperm shapes) and a low sperm motility of 4%, it's essential to consult a fertility specialist or urologist experienced in male infertility. Treatment options depend on the underlying causes. Possibilities include lifestyle changes, medications, assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI, and in some cases, surgical interventions.

Am unmarried 22 i face after urine white drops of urine 10 to 15 kya yeh discharge toh nai ya urine drops ha or harmless ha?? am not sexually active .jb mein two glass water piyo tab zyada hota but i fell no symptoms
Female | 22
You are declining from what is known as post-void dribbling. It's a situation when a few drops of urine come out after you go to the bathroom. This can be the case for both males and females. Most of the time it is not dangerous, and it can come from different things like the bladder not emptying fully or the muscles being weak. Drinking plenty of water is sometimes the solution. If you're not having any other symptoms, it's probably nothing to freak out about.

urinate frequently from last 3 weeks in every 5 minutes. As i feelslike having an overactive bladder that feels my bladder within every 5 minutes
Female | 23
If you have an overactive bladder, you may feel the need to urinate frequently, even when your bladder isn’t full. Common symptoms include needing to pee every few minutes, sudden strong urges, and sometimes leaking urine. This condition may be caused by nerve issues or certain medications. To manage it, you can try bladder training exercises, make lifestyle changes like reducing caffeine, and in some cases, take medications. It’s important to drink water in small amounts throughout the day and ensure your bladder is fully emptied each time you go.

After RGU test I don't get erection and my penis length and girth size decrease so much what can I do now.
Male | 20
Some people may find it difficult to get an erection after an RGU test and may also observe a reduction in the size of their penis. This could be due to swelling or temporary irritation following the procedure. It would help if you had time for yourself; allowing healing. Light stretching and massaging can help improve blood circulation. If this matter persists, talk to your urologist.

Can it be related to nerve issue because there is also loss of sensation The penis And the burning sensation started after I ejaculated through masturbation
Male | 19
These two symptoms can mean that your nerves are the problem. It would be wisest if you would see a urologist who will do the necessary evaluation and correct diagnosis. Not paying attention to these symptoms can only prompt the occurrence of health consequences in the future.

I'm 23 year old boy. I had circumcision at the age of 5. My foreskin is attached to the glan. It looks somewhat different from other circumcised penis.
Male | 23
The foreskin is normally attached to the glans after circumcision, and its not necessarily a cause for concern. But if its causing discomfort or affecting sexual function, it may be worth consulting a urologist for evaluation and possible treatment. The appearance of a circumcised penis can be different based on the technique used during the procedure and individual factors.

Hi I felt a lump on penis after a wild intercourse maybe it folded in between process lump is in mid of the part no visual felt just tangible lump
Male | 29
You shouldn't worry too much about the lump on your penis after intercourse. It might just be swelling caused by friction during sex. Or maybe it's a cyst or blocked oil gland, which isn't serious. But if it doesn't go away soon or hurts, you should get it checked out by a urologist.

I was tired after studying for many hours, I don't know when and how I fell asleep. I was sleeping in a very weird position (on side), I pressed my legs against each other and my hand between them without knowing and they were on one of the testicle which led to stoppage of blood supply in one testicle (maybe that happened), I woke up after 3 or 3.5 hours, moved my legs and felt so much pain in the one testicle and after that I think the blood supply started again and pain went away slowly. This happened yesterday and there is no pain in that area now. I'm scared, should I get checked? Please reply fast as I'm panicking right now.
Male | 19
When testicles lose blood supply, it results in severe discomfort. For you, it seems moving relieved pressure, restoring flow. Monitor for any lingering aches or changes, but you should recover fully now. However, if concerns arise, don't delay reaching out to a urologist.

I'm a 28 years old male and I've been having premature ejaculation for a while now. I would even ejaculate before I could penetrate. Recently, I begin feeling itches inside my penis and a pain almost at the end of urination.
Male | 28
You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs make you itch inside the penis and hurt at the end of urination. Premature ejaculation can also result from stress or anxiety. For this issue, the use of relaxation techniques to help with premature ejaculation may be beneficial. In the case of UTI drink a lot of water and go to a urologist for prescription antibiotics.

Hello, my mom went to the doctor for UTI symptoms. After checking her, the doctor prescribed her Ciprofloxacin. After reading the severe side effects it has, my mother is uncomfortable in taking it. Would Ciprofloxacin (antibiotic) be the first option to treat a UTI? Are there other antibiotics with less severe side effects? She hasn't taken the antibiotics as she's not been feeling well. The past two days she had chills and feeling warm. They also sent my mom her culture test a few days later after the doctor visit. They determined she has a UTI and provided a list of other antibiotics

Hi. Im a 22 year old and had received unprotected oral sex from a woman on 18th of april this year. I have been diagnosed with epididmyl orchitis. I have received doxycycline and ceftriaxone( rocephin ) for 10 days in which my pain was gone but soon after completing medication my pain is back. My urine RE and CS reports are clear and show no bacterial growth. My urethral swab shows “ normal flora growth “ but i still have extreme pain in my scrotum. I went back to my doctor and he gave my levofloxacin for 7 days 500mg daily and anti-inflammatory medicine but that brought me no relief and i am confused on what to do.
Male | 22
This type of testicle pain normally can be from an infection or other problem. It is usually treated with antibiotics such as doxycycline or ceftriaxone but if these don’t work then further investigation is needed. More tests or different treatments might need to be done if you continue feeling unwell. However, the most important thing is to talk to a urologist constantly until they find out what will help most with this issue.

My normal penis size is small but when it erectile it become large upto 11 to 12cm and my age is 20
Male | 20
It’s very normal for a penis to be smaller when it’s not hard, and then grow to about 11-12cm long when it is. This happens during puberty which is usually from around when you are 10-14 years old. So you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

My penis size very small than not treatment
Male | 29
Many guys stress about penis size, but various lengths exist - that's fine. Small penises rarely cause health issues. Remember, size doesn't impact wellness or sexual satisfaction. While concerning, usually no medical treatments increase size.

I'm having blood in my urine and while passing urine I get burning sensation along with pain
Female | 17
You might have a urinary tract infection, which is quite common. Symptoms include blood in urine, a burning sensation, and pain while peeing. This is because bacteria can gain access through the bladder wall. Doing these will help you: drink water, take prescribed antibiotics, and avoid the urge to go urgently. See a urologist to get proper treatment and feel better soon.

I can't able to move my penis foreskin it is too tight and if I move it is painful
Male | 24
If I understand properly, you may have a condition known as phimosis, which is when the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back. This can make cleaning difficult and may cause pain. It is usually caused by inflammation or infection. Applying gentle pressure or using a cream prescribed by your doctor could help. If it doesn’t get better, they might suggest doing something simple like circumcision. You should speak to a urologist about what would work for you.

I am having problems regarding phimosis and circumcision and post circumcision since few days back please help
Male | 21
Phimosis is a condition that occurs when the foreskin is too tight, and it can't be drawn back over the head of the penis. This can lead to pain or difficulties in urination. Circumcision is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of the foreskin. After undergoing circumcision, it is normal to experience some swelling, bruising, and mild pain for a few days. First, always clean and dry the area for hygiene's sake. After that, try to avoid vigorous physical activities for a couple of days. If you observe any symptoms of infection, which may include increasing pain, redness, or discharge, it is crucial to reach out to your urologist.
