Should I seek medical help for testicle pain?
I was tired after studying for many hours, I don't know when and how I fell asleep. I was sleeping in a very weird position (on side), I pressed my legs against each other and my hand between them without knowing and they were on one of the testicle which led to stoppage of blood supply in one testicle (maybe that happened), I woke up after 3 or 3.5 hours, moved my legs and felt so much pain in the one testicle and after that I think the blood supply started again and pain went away slowly. This happened yesterday and there is no pain in that area now. I'm scared, should I get checked? Please reply fast as I'm panicking right now.

When testicles lose blood supply, it results in severe discomfort. For you, it seems moving relieved pressure, restoring flow. Monitor for any lingering aches or changes, but you should recover fully now. However, if concerns arise, don't delay reaching out to a urologist.

Having uti since 3 years,i have tried ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, taken iv injections but it is not going, feeling depressed, wanna die
Male | 20
This infection makes itself at home in your bladder. It brings the pain when you pee, that nagging urge too often, and urine that's just not right. Doctors reach for antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin to kick it out. But sometimes, this intruder refuses to leave. Visit a urologist for proper treatment.

I m 32 Yr female.. my periods are regular always so we plan about baby and I miss my periods 14 days ago I have all symptoms of pregnancy but test is negative and suddenly I'm bleeding and belly pain.. I'm bleeding when I going to pass urine not other time. What does that mean m I pregnant or what?
Female | 32
Stress or hormone issues can impact your cycle. The negative pregnancy test suggests no pregnancy, but checking with a healthcare provider is best. Bleeding while peeing could mean a urinary tract infection, which can cause belly pain too. These infections are common and treatable with antibiotics prescribed by a urologist.

Why am I pissing out blood?

Blood can also be a symptom of urinary tract infection or kidney stones. On the other hand, the blood in the stool may suggest a more serious condition like bladder or kidney cancer. A consultation with a urologist is crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I get an erection but if I turn to get into position for the act it goes off instantly. Could it be a lower back problem?

Your condition could be Erectile dysfunction and it can have various causes, including physical, psychological or a combination of both. While lower back problems can contribute to sexual dysfunction in some cases, it's important to note that ED is a complex condition with multiple potential causes.

I am a male aged 22 am been having abdomen back and testicle pain for 2 months now before this I had an sti gonorrhea I was given antibiotics but I think they only stop the symptoms for a little time what should I do
Male | 21
You've been experiencing discomfort in your abdomen, back, and testicles for some time. It's good that you've taken treatment for gonorrhea, but if the pain keeps returning, further treatment may be needed. The cause could be an infection that needs different antibiotics or another untreated STI. It's important to get a medical evaluation to find the exact reason for your pain and receive the right treatment. Contact a urologist for a thorough examination of your symptoms.

Hi, I'm 32 years old, Male. I have been struggling with UTI for a long time, I've taken different kinds of Antibiotics and Herbs, but I've not got any relief. I always have chills, fatigued esp. when I wake up in the morning, very cloudy urine with a kind of foul odour. Recently, I started experiencing waist and back pain. I need your help, pls. Thanks
Male | 32
Your complaints including coolness, tiredness, urine that is not only cloudy but also stinky as well as backache are the most frequent ones of a UTI that is not going to heal. Some bacteria are insured to get resistant to notorious antibiotics. You need another kind of antibiotic that can be effective against these resistant bacteria. It is important to go to a urologist to get the right diagnosis and treatment plan.

i have urinary frequency and sensation of incomplete bladder emptying. urine culture shows no infection. urine test shows no sugar but there is +1 haemoglobin. no blood in urine. ultrasound shows everything normal but there is urinary retention, about 20ml post void. i tried mirabegon and tamsulosin as recommended but they didn't work.
Female | 17
Your urinary difficulties seem troubling. Tests reveal no infection or sugar problems, which is positive. Slightly elevated hemoglobin suggests minor bleeding, but the lack of visible blood in urine is reassuring. Retaining 20ml urine after urinating can cause frequent urination and incomplete emptying sensations. Since medications like mirabegron and tamsulosin didn't help, consulting a urologist for further assessment and treatment options would be wise.

After two months of no masturbation, I failed and did it again. I stopped when I realized i had a little swelling on the right side of the penis, where I grab it. After it went flaccid, I noticed the bulge is big, around 2 cm in size (not height), and it doesn't hurt but the area is a little bit red.
Male | 24
You might be experiencing penile edema - swelling of your penis. Friction or pressure during self-pleasure likely caused it. Redness is probably irritation. Take a break from any intense activities that could worsen swelling. Use a cold pack to reduce swelling and redness. If it persists or worsens, consult a urologist.

My sperm is coming out with my urine which causes weight loss and hair loss
Male | 20
Seeing sperm in urine can be a part of a condition called retrograde ejaculation which occurs when the semen goes in the bladder instead of going out of the body. Hormonal changes or medical problems might be involved in this situation. Weight reduction and hair shedding, on the other hand, are symptoms of different conditions such as hypertension or lack of nutrition. Refer to a urologist for a complete check-up and customized advice.

Viagra usually leaves your system after 2 to 3 hours. Depending on your metabolism, Viagra can take 5 to 6 hours to fully leave your system. A higher dosage will take longer to leave your body. A 25-mg dose may wear off after a couple of hours, but a 100-mg dose may take nearly four times as long to leave your system.
Male | 25
The effects of Viagra can last up to 2-3 hours. Sometimes it could take longer to get out of your body, usually 5-6 hours depending on your metabolism. If you have taken a bigger dose, it takes even longer for the drug to leave your system. You should see a doctor in case of any doubts or signs of side effects. You could see urologist for further evaluation or treatment.
