It sounds like you're experiencing some thyroid-related issues, which can include symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, or mood swings. These conditions can arise from various factors, including genetics, stress, or dietary imbalances. It's important to monitor your symptoms closely. I recommend consulting a healthcare professional who can conduct appropriate tests and provide tailored advice. Blood tests can help detect hormone imbalances. Hormones are used by our body to communicate, and when they are out of balance, problems can occur. Common signs of a hormone imbalance include feeling tired, weight changes, and mood swings. Causes of imbalance can be stress, poor sleep, or health conditions. Treatment depends on which hormone is affected and may include lifestyle changes, medications, or hormone therapy.

My mother is a female age 70, has diabetes type 2, and has been taking Diapribe M2 for a while now twice a day but her diet was not right upto the mark and now we got her sugar levels tested and her fasting blood sugar report was 217.5 mg/ dl. And right now she missed her evening meds which is Diapride M2 500gm, and she feeling very uneasy atm. Please help asap..
Female | 70
It is alarming, as it indicates that your mother is not well. Her high blood sugar level of 217.5 mg/dl is worrying. Missing her evening Diapride M2 500mg dose might be the reason. The high content of blood sugar can be the reason for symptoms like thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, and blurred vision. Persuade her to drink plenty of water, take a light, healthy snack, and take her medication. In the case of non-improvement, it's necessary to get professional medical assistance.

Yes, hormonal imbalances can sometimes trigger vertigo. Low blood pressure and migraines can also contribute to this condition. It’s good that you consulted a gynecologist for your hormonal issues. I am 43 yr old male on healthy life style. Suddenly started to gain weight in past 1 month. Need a solution.
Male | 43
Many reasons can lead to weight gain. Among the most popular are: eating more than your body needs, lack of exercise, stress, or medical conditions. Be observant if you're experiencing more fatigue or hunger than usual, and also notice if you have a strange thirst. Do your best to eat balanced meals and be more active. Water is much preferable to sugary drinks as it can help too. Keep an eye on your weight and how you feel. Moreover, if necessary, don't hesitate to visit a doctor.

My vitamin b12 level is 61 what should I do my doctor has suggest injection but I don't want to take injection then he suggest flower od cap can I get my b12 requirements fullfill form this tablet
Female | 16
A large amount of B12 could induce numerous health problems such as exhaustion, susceptibility, and a tingling sensation in the hands and feet. Lack of B12 in your food and drink is the main cause. Consuming a B12 supplement such as a flower od cap can increase your levels, HOWEVER, the injections are more reliable and quicker. One good way to go about this is to have regular doctor visits so one can get enough B12 for the proper functioning of their body.

I am a 26 year old. Following are my thyroid results TSH- 1.4252 microlU/mL T3(total)- 1.47 ng/ul T4(total)- 121.60 nmol/l Are the results normal? Also, I am developing white hair in scalp and beard
Male | 26
A normal TSH level is good for thyroid health, like yours. Likewise, normal T3 and T4 levels indicate everything's fine. White hair on your scalp and beard can result from genetics, stress, or nutritional deficiencies. To address it, try maintaining a balanced diet, managing stress effectively, and using gentle hair care products.

Also referred to as diabetes, sugar disease occurs when the body does not produce enough insulin. The main cause is when the sugars in your body are not used adequately. If one has experienced this, coordinating regular exercises and consuming healthy choices would probably be a wise move.

I am 26yr old female, I have got blood test done where my LH: FsH ratio came 3.02, my prolactin came 66.5, my sugar was 597 at fasting, my TSH is 4.366 and my RBC count is 5.15.
Female | 26
Based on the results from your blood tests, there are some things we should investigate. High levels of prolactin can be caused by stress, certain medications, or a problem with the pituitary gland in the brain. With a fasting sugar level of 597, you may have diabetes. A TSH level of 4.366 could indicate a problem with your thyroid gland. You should see a doctor and get checked out further for treatment options.

I m a 23 year old girl i have hypothyroidism and i want to know about it
Female | 23
Hypothyroidism occurs when the thyroid gland produces too few thyroid hormones. The symptoms of this may include experiencing fatigue, gaining weight for no purpose, having dry skin, and feeling constantly cold. This can occur because of an infection, an autoimmune disease, or even after pregnancy. Typically, medications are recommended to help control thyroid hormones to re-balance the levels.

I an 24 year old female my T4is 12.90 and TSH 2.73 , T3=1.45 and Hemoglobin=11.70. I there a matter of concern
Female | 24
Hi there, after looking at your results, it seems to me that with a few exceptions, your thyroid levels are normal. Just to mention the numbers, all TSH, T3, and T4 are great, and hemoglobin appears slightly low, enough to cause symptoms like tiredness and dizziness, or lack thereof. Increasing iron intake through food may help boost the hemoglobin level.

Hi , My belly has been growing day by day and been losing hair , peeing alot and my lower back is very stiff
Female | 23
You might be experiencing symptoms of diabetes. In diabetes, weight gain can lead to a bigger belly, and hair loss may occur. Frequent urination is common as your body tries to remove excess sugar. Lower back stiffness could be related to kidney issues linked with diabetes. It's important to eat healthy, exercise, and see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

My TSH LEVEL IS 6.5 , WHAT IS TREATMENT My B12 is 198
Male | 54
Your TSH is 6.5 which means that you may have a thyroid problem. One of the symptoms of this could be feeling weak, gaining weight, or getting cold easily. In addition, with a B12 level of only 198, you are also at risk of feeling numb and weak. You might require medicine to fix the thyroid issue while low B12 might call for adjusting your diet or taking supplements.

I am 36 years old. I have TSH level of 3.6 microIU/mL. What should be the dose of my medicine. Currently I was prescribed with 50mcg.
Female | 36
If your TSH level tests positive with a figure of 3.6 microIU/mL, this is within limits but slightly on the higher side. Higher than normal TSH levels often come with symptoms like fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and feeling cold when others are warm. In case you are experiencing any of these symptoms, alongside the fact that 50mcg is your current dose, it means that you may need to adjust it depending on what your body demands. You must always consult your doctor when there is a need to do so.
