We need to see if there is any increase in body weight so increase in body weight is one of the reason for increasing cheek size. Alcohol chronic consumption increase parotid gland size and cheeks appear big. So we need to analyze whether it's alcoholic enlargement or because of the weight gain for which we require pictures. If we find the correct reason we can solve it either by lipolytic injection,or hifu or buckle fat removal. We can choose any one based on the pictures.
