The dull pain that you feel in your right testicle could be a result of you touching it too much. You may have also irritated the zone. Try to take it easy and avoid touching it for now. If the pain is the same in a few days or gets worse, then it's best to see a urologist.

frequent urination for last 2 days. Taking Switch 200 twice a day but mo result. Unable to get sound sleep
Male | 49
You seem to have been urinating more frequently than normal and having difficulty sleeping. It may be caused by various factors such as drinking too much water before sleep or even a possible infection. To find out the culprit, try to deny liquids before going to bed. If the issue persists, a conversation with a urologist who can assist you in making the correct choice is the best thing to do.

I’ve been urinating frequently and having back pain for months now and I don’t perform well on bed like before
Male | 20
Frequent urination and back pain may indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs occur when bacteria enter your bladder, resulting in discomfort, urgency, and potential sexual difficulties. Consuming significant water and seeking medical antibiotics proves highly beneficial. Delaying treatment risks exacerbating symptoms, so proactively address this health concern with a urologist.

Male | 32
This might be a case of UTI. The patient should be taken to see a urologist or other general practitioner for proper diagnosis and treatment. Another thing that might give some relief is drinking a lot of water and avoiding irritants like caffeine and alcohol.

Finding white tissue in your urine can be worrying, but don’t panic. It may be due to infections, kidney stones, or other urinary issues. Symptoms include pain while urinating, frequent bathroom trips, or foul-smelling urine. To help, drink plenty of water, avoid holding in pee, and maintain good hygiene. If it persists, see a urologist.

I am 21 year old female, i pee 15 times a day when I drink 2 litres of water a day. I pee every 20 mins. I don't have UTI now. How can I help myself?
Female | 21
This is referred to as "polyuria," and it may be the one that is defined by the way you pee a lot but there is no UTI. Several circumstances like excess water consumption, kidney issues, or diabetes can lead to this condition. Spreading your water consumption over the day and recording how often you urinate are effective measures to use as a first step. If the problem does not disappear, it might be a good idea to see a urologist for further feedback and guidance.

Sir I want to checkup my testicular torsion so plz kindly reply this problem start in 2023 then this problem has started 1 year ago
Male | 15
Testicular torsion is rather dangerous, thus the fact that you are getting in touch is positive. If you've experienced discomfort in your testicles for a year, it might be due to testicular torsion - that's when the spermatic cord is twisted. Symptoms include abrupt, excruciating anguish, swelling, and nausea. This needs an emergency medical intervention to avert the destruction of the testicle. Surgery is typically required to untwist the cord and preserve the testicle.

Urethra structure problam of 17 years Open urethra surgery in 2016 but not normal urethra
Male | 34
You are having issues with your urethra structure due to the surgery you had back in 2016. This can cause some problems like pain during urination, frequent urination, or even difficulty emptying the bladder. One probable reason for scarring or narrowing of the urethra due to the previous surgery might be the urethra. To help this, you may need another surgery or a procedure to widen the urethra and improve urine flow. Have a conversation with your urologist about your symptoms so they can prescribe you the most suitable treatment.

Hi I have been to many red bull drinks and now I have urinary infection and I don't know what to do I'm 63yrs old and I have no insurance
Male | 63
Drinking too much Red Bull irritates your bladder, letting germs cause infections easier. Symptoms are painful urination, frequent urge to pee, and cloudy urine. To recover, hydrate plenty, avoid caffeine, take pain medication from stores. If no improvement, visit a community health clinic for care.

Male | 26
You might be suffering from a condition known as urethritis where the tube that carries urine becomes inflamed. As a result of this, there may be white or yellow discharge from the penis. Usually, it happens due to infection caused by bacterial infection while sometimes it’s viral. To treat it correctly you must see a urologist who will give you proper medications most likely antibiotics.

Hello. My name is Gospel. I'm 26 years old. I'm having pain in my left testicles. I've ran tests for a possible STI, but it all came out negative according to the doctor. I've also taken some medications; antibiotics, pain relief and others. The pain subsided while I was on medication, but it's back now that I'm done with the medications. Please what should I do?
Male | 26
Pain in the testicles could be a result of many causes notwithstanding STIs. The most familiar condition is epididymitis, which refers to the small tubes surrounding the testicles that are suffering from inflammation. This symptom may be a result of a bacterial infection or another underlying factor. You should consult a urologist for proper consultation and undergo more tests to determine the actual cause of your pain.

I am 48 year male, had UTI symptoms one month ago, I have taken antibiotics, there is a relief but problem still remains, frequency of urination is more than one in an hour,
Male | 48
>He needs elaborate history taking and examination with few investigations. Male UTI at this age is considered as complicated UTI, that means it has some underlying problem which needs to be taken care of . It could be because of enlarged prostate, urethral stricture or underactive bladder. Mostly at this age it is prostate enlargement. It can be treated medically or surgically depending on patient symptoms and investigations. For other causes like urethral stricture, it might need to be corrected surgically. Underactive bladder is managed differently. So, please see a urologist.

It feels like I have to urinate bad, then nothing. I can pushout a little at a time. I took azo medication for UTI. It seemed better on day 3 after taking the meds.then at night it's back with vengeance. I'm just living on the toilet
Male | 38
A bladder infection could make you feel like peeing a lot, but little urine comes out. Azo medication helps with symptoms, yet drinking plenty of water and not holding pee is crucial. If issues persist, seeing a urologist for evaluation and treatment is wise.

Male | 30
With teratozoospermia (abnormal sperm shapes) and a low sperm motility of 4%, it's essential to consult a fertility specialist or urologist experienced in male infertility. Treatment options depend on the underlying causes. Possibilities include lifestyle changes, medications, assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI, and in some cases, surgical interventions.

Sperm doesn't come after sex
Male | 33
If no sperm is coming post intercourse that could be an indication of a condition called reverse ejaculation. Semen will enter the bladder in this process instead of being excreted through the penis. The best treatment you can receive is for you to consult a urologist properly for the diagnosis and treatment.

About one and half year ago, I found a knot in my penis with some pain. And now my penis is having curvature. What problem do I have ?
Male | 42
Some men develop scar tissue inside their penis, leading to a curved shape and knot. Doctors call this condition Peyronie's disease. It causes painful erections and trouble getting fully hard. Often, Peyronie's results from an injury during sexual activity or masturbation. Treatments may include medicines, injections into the penis, or surgery. If you think you have symptoms, see a urologist for an exam and to discuss options.
