I reccomend you to see a urologist for an exact diagnosis and treatment plan. The symptoms you mentioned may indicate a disease known as erectile dysfunction. There are different kinds of treatments such as medications, lifestyle modification and therapy which depend on the extent of the condition.

I'm a 65 year old healthy male who has had urinary incontinence issues for the past 20 years. I've seen 8 urologist and they found no obvious reason. Could be nerve damage, and most of my life suffered from UTI's. Scarring and distended bladder. Medication and typical treatments have not worked. Over the past 5 years it has gotten worse and I can no longer manage with high absorbency diapers, intermittent catheters offered some protection, however, I experienced too many accidents with uncontrollable voiding. I have no sensation my bladder is full. For the past year I've been using an indwelling catheter with great success. I'm concerned about permanently damaging my bladder muscle. I tried using the valve method and timing when to empty my bladder. However, I always have to wear a diaper because 99% of the time urine leaks around the catheter. I'm very comfortable and active using an indwelling catheter. I feel I now have a normal life. Part of me doesn't care if using an indwelling catheter causes irreversible incontinence. Is there a study that concludes a high percentage of indwelling catheter user will lose complete bladder control after 1, 2, or 3 years. I'm willing to plan periods of time to switch to diapers for a couple of months to allow the bladder to heal, but I'm skeptical this is a solution.

Have spot or wart on my penis

Male | 43

it is advised that you see a urologist for a complete assessment and diagnosis. Human papillomavirus (HPV) strains may be responsible for the development of warts on the male genitals and the treatment options include medical assistance.

Maine 4 months phle vericocele surgery krayi thi pr abhi veins phle ki trh hi h

Male | 25

Your veins have still not changed from the way they were before the varicocele surgery 4 months ago. Varicocele is a scrotum condition caused by size-wise swollen veins. This can be manifested either in the form of painful swelling or it can lead to infertility. The surgery didn' t probably fix the issue entirely. Go back to your doctor and find out the reason this is happening and what further actions can be taken.

My normal penis size is small but when it erectile it become large upto 11 to 12cm and my age is 20

Male | 20

It’s very normal for a penis to be smaller when it’s not hard, and then grow to about 11-12cm long when it is. This happens during puberty which is usually from around  when you are 10-14 years old. So you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.
