Answered on 29th May '24
It's completely normal for your periods to change occasionally. If your period is late, there may be many reasons for it such as stress, sudden weight change, or hormonal imbalance. If besides missing it you also experience nausea, breast tenderness, and fatigue - take a pregnancy test. If you are worried, visit a gynecologist who can give you more information.

Mere period ka fourth day hain. Mujhe urine krte hue bahut pain or jalan ho re h. Bar bar urine a rha h.
Female | 31
You might have a urinary tract infection or UTI. This can cause pain and a burning feeling when you pee, along with the need to urinate so often. In other words, you might be urinating less frequently; which could be a symptom of a UTI. UTIs are mostly caused by bacteria. Be assured that in most cases plenty of water and cranberry juice can help get rid of the infection. If it does not show any improvement, a urologist can help you, you might need some antibiotics.

You are experiencing a condition known as vaginal fissures. These are small rips that may occur from activities done in the past such as masturbation. Even if you are done, they can heal slowly. The symptoms are discomfort during coitus. The best approach is to maintain cleanliness in the area and apply a water-based lubricant during intercourse. In that case, visiting your gynecologist would be the best idea.

Pregnancy test kit I got faint line
Female | 25
A faint line on a pregnancy test can sometimes indicate a positive result. In many pregnancy tests, even a faint line can suggest the presence of the pregnancy hormone hCG. A faint line could mean that you are in the early stages of pregnancy, as hCG levels might not be very high yet. So it's recommended to take another test after a few days to see if the line becomes clearer.

You should see a gynecologist to check on the success of the abortion. Light bleeding, on the other hand, could be a post-abortion result that can be confirmed by visiting a professional.

When your period is late, it is natural to be concerned. There are numerous things why this might happen. I had sex with my man and my vagina started burning after sex we tried having sex and it was painful so we stop I had put a vaginal cream and we had sex after a few hours and it stopped hurting that much but yellowish things started coming out I don’t know what’s wrong with me
Female | 21
You might be going through a yeast infection. Yeast infections usually occur after sex, especially if there was irritation. Symptoms include burning, pain during sex, and yellowish discharge. You can use vaginal creams to relieve the pain. Over-the-counter antifungal creams or suppositories can be used to treat a yeast infection at home. Wear cotton underwear and avoid tight clothes. If the symptoms persist, consult a gynecologist for further evaluation.

I have no periods from 5 month.dr.had given tablet for getting periods.I am eating papaya since 3 days along with tablet.no period yet.so when will I get periods
Female | 35
Forgetting periods for 5 months is worrying. Consuming papaya won't fix the reason behind it. Possibly stress, hormones out of balance, or a health issue. The doctor prescribed medication might take time. Watch closely for other warning signs and check back with the gynecologist.

Can I conceive at the age of 43
Female | 43
Getting pregnant at 43 might require some effort, but isn't impossible. Fertility decreases with age, so conceiving gets harder. Irregular periods or hot flashes could signal fertility changes. This happens because egg quantity and quality decline over time. Fertility treatments like IVF might help boost the chances of pregnancy. Consulting a fertility specialist can provide further guidance on available options.

I read that the egg in a woman's uterus is in the process of developing after menstrual bleeding stops. If I have sex after menstrual bleeding stops, will pregnancy occur? How many days can I have sex after menstrual bleeding stops?
Male | 27
Menstrual bleeding concludes, and then an egg within the woman's uterus commences development. Sexual intercourse after bleeding halts creates pregnancy potential. The egg's lifespan extends roughly 12-24 hours post-release. Meanwhile, sperm survive up to 5 days inside the female body. Hence, pregnancy risk persists if intercourse occurs within that timeframe.

And I been pregnant before I had a medicine abortion and last 2 week before I saw my period on 17 of march
Female | 19
After taking abortion pills, periods can become irregular sometimes. Your cycle may require time to adjust. Worries and hormone changes can impact menstrual flow too. If concerned, track your cycle closely for a few months. If irregularity persists, consulting a gynecologist makes sense.

What can I do for my missed periods
Female | 17
Missed periods are normal due to hormone changes. Stress, weight differences, or excessive exercise impact periods too. If not pregnant, relax. Eat healthily, take time off. Periods may resume naturally. Consult a gynecologist if the issue persists.

I missed my period and I did a pregnancy test and it says positive , I want to know I am how much weeks pregnant to terminate the pregnancy .
Female | 25
Missing your period and a positive test likely mean 4-6 weeks along. You might feel nauseous, exhausted, or breast tenderness. Pregnancy happens when sperm fertilizes an egg. If terminating, consult a gynecologist about options - they'll advise and help determine the right choice for you.

I had my last period on the 3rd of last month. I have a 25-day cycle with 4 days of bleeding. I had sex on the 13th and I had a pill within one hour and then on the 15th of that month, I took a pill within one hour, just as a precaution. I started a light bleed on the 20th of that month until the 25th. The expected period date was 30 of the month. But, I still have not got it.
Female | 26
Based on the information you have provided, the pills you took on the 13th and 15th of last month may have affected your menstrual cycle. Contraceptive pills contain high levels of hormones that can disrupt your menstrual cycle and cause irregular bleeding. If you are concerned about a possible pregnancy, you can take a home pregnancy test to confirm. But wait at least a week after a missed period to take the test for accurate results or visit a gynecologist.

Female | 26
After an abortion, you may experience changes in hormone levels, which can cause this to happen. The heavy flow of light bleeding might indicate a hormonal imbalance. Stress, weight changes, and medical conditions may also influence your cycle. To get your periods in order, eat well, exercise regularly, and practice stress management to lead a healthy life. If the problem continues, it is advised to visit a gynecologist for further evaluation and guidance.
