Could red spots on hands be allergy or worm infection?
For about 12-13 days I have red dot like spots on both my hands. There is severe itching. Wherever I scratch, it spreads further. I took local treatment but there is no difference. This is allergy or worm infection

You might be experiencing a skin condition known as scabies. Scabies are caused by minuscule parasites that dig through the skin, leading to red dots and extreme itching. Getting the problem worse is the scrabbling that can mites spread. Get a dermatologist's prescription cream which kills the mites immediately. Do not scratch to avoid contagion. All your things including clothes, bedding, and towels, ensure they are washed with hot water so there is no recurrence of infestation.
