It sounds like you’re experiencing discomfort from a common skin condition known as ringworm, which is a fungal infection. This can lead to red, itchy rashes on your skin. It's usually caused by direct contact with an infected person or surface. To manage this, over-the-counter antifungal creams can be effective. Keeping the affected areas clean and dry is essential. However, since your symptoms are troubling you, I recommend you consult a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plan.

Body pain and a black face could signal anemia - not enough red blood cells. Anemia makes you tired, pale, and achy. Eating iron-rich foods helps: spinach, beans, meat. Drink lots of water, rest well too. See a doctor if it doesn't improve.

I had severe coughing in the month of December. And lately there is some pain in my lower left breast area. I think its some muscle or vein. The pain is only there when i cough or sneeze or while lying down or if I try to move while lying down. Else there is no pain at all. Im 27 years old and not married. I have never had any kind of pain before. Any suggestions would be helpful..

It sounds like you might be experiencing muscle strain or irritation in the chest area, possibly due to severe coughing. When we cough frequently, it can put strain on the muscles around the ribs. This might explain the pain when you cough, sneeze, or shift positions. I recommend resting and avoiding activities that exacerbate the discomfort. Applying a warm compress may also provide relief. However, since you’re experiencing persistent pain, it’s essential to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any other underlying issues. They can offer a more tailored assessment and treatment plan.

If you are experiencing frequent or severe allergies, it might be due to a reaction to something in your environment, food, or even medication. It's important to identify the trigger and manage it effectively. Visit an allergist or immunologist who can provide you with proper guidance and treatment.
