This is how yeast infections occur: when a fungus called Candida grows too much. Itching, burning, and unusual discharge are all symptoms. Tight clothes, antibiotics, and being immunocompromised can all cause them. You can prevent having so many yeast infections by wearing cotton underwear, not douching, and eating right. If they persist, visit a gynecologist.

Hi I have taken pregnancy tests and they’ve come back negative.. I have irregular periods but within the last week I’ve noticed my boobs have gotten harder, my lower tummy is tender and hard, I’ve had awful mood swings and I’m very emotional, and I’m always hungry

Female | 25

Symptoms you may be experiencing can be due to hormonal changes, which may not be indicative of pregnancy. An irregular period can cause the hormone levels to fluctuate, leading to tender breasts, bloating, and mood swings. Stress, diet, and lack of exercise can also be the reasons why your body is affected this way. Try managing stress, eating healthy, and gentle exercise to help balance your hormones.

I m experiencing continuous bleeding since december

Female | 28

For months, the bleeding persisted since December began. The irregular flow might indicate fibroids, hormonal imbalances, or infections. This can lead to weakness, paleness, and fatigue. The answers lie with doctors—they'll examine you, identify the cause, and provide the necessary treatment. Prolonged bleeding requires medical attention, so don't hesitate to seek care.

Hi my period is delayed I’m super stressed I have a little blood but no flow

Female | 29

Sometimes, period delay happens due to stress. If you only see spotting and no full flow, it might be hormonal changes caused by stress. Other reasons could be lifestyle changes, extreme weight loss, or certain medicines. To get your period back on track, do relaxing activities like yoga or meditation.
