Why is my skin tone uneven and pimpled?
Hello docto I'm noticing some uneven skin tone on my face and hands. They also appear darker than the rest of my body. Can you help me understand what might be causing this?" And also some pimples on my face can you give a solution??

I’m an 18 year old female, and last week on Friday/Saturday I started coming up in raised itchy bumps, it looks like a rash, but we presumed it was psorisis due to me having occasional ecsma so I’ve been using aquous cream etc but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be going is is spreading, so we think it may be a rash/allergic reaction now
