I am 18 year old last month i got pimple on my face and i just pinch it off everytime and now i have black spot on my face and i just want to get rid of it what should i do i can share picture if you want!!

Hello sir /ma'am From the past 3 months i was using elosone ht skin cream over my knee areas, because of the sun exposure my knee became very dark and they were looking very odd. That's why i was using it in my knee areas only, also it was having visible results. 4 5 days back i saw my knees and suddenly i was in shock. My knees are looking very scary. The area where i use to apply the cream the whole area is covered with a dark patch which is 2x darker than before i had. Sir/mam I had itchy red bumps on scrotum and buttocks and thighs. Previously I had scabies then doctor prescribed scabest lotion then for a 1 month I was totally fine but after that i had bumps on scrotum, buttocks and thighs without fluid(pus) in them. they are really discomfort. i’m a 23 year old male and i’ve been suffering with itchy red bumps on my stomach for a while now. it started the day after i returned from my thailand trip on 24th august 2024. i immediately went to a dermatologist as i was afraid if it’s any STI but my dermatologist assured me and suggested me Clobetasol Cream IP 0.05% and told me it would be fine. i used it for a couple days and the red bumps on my stomach were gone for a few days but it started itching again and they were back after a few days. whenever i use that cream the red bumps would go away and when i don’t they pop out again.
