Can I Have Children if I Have Mycosis Fungoides?

Hello doctor, I am 36 years old male and I have had mycosis fungoides for around 3-4 years. My staging concluded as 1A. I have not received any systemic chemotherapy, I have received only topical treatment with clobetasol and bexarotene creams and now my patches are mostly gone. I haven't had serious new patches in more than a year. I am about to get married and start a family. And my question is, can I have kids while having mycosis fungoides ? Would it increase the chances of my kids to have MF ?

Yes, you can have kids with mycosis fungoides. However, it is advised to discuss your plans with your dermatologist who can help guide you through the process. While there is no known risk of your children developing mycosis fungoides, it is important to monitor your children for any skin changes and to seek medical attention if any concerns arise.

Iam getting pimples on my face iam using BETAMETHASONE VALERATE AND NEOMUCIN SKIN CREAM. BETNOVATE-N

You should think twice about using BETAMETHASONE VALERATE AND NEOMUCIN SKIN CREAM (BETNOVATE-N) for this. Although these ointments contain corticosteroids, which are known for reducing inflammation, they can exacerbate your acne in the long run because of steroid-induced rosacea or any other reason. Pores get blocked with oil, bacteria, and dead skin cells, forming pimples. To bring your skin back to normal, it would be wise to use a mild cleanser and an oil-free moisturizer. More importantly, avoid touching them at all costs.

Can I take omniclav 625 and oflox oz tablets in gap of one hour

Female | 30

Have in mind that Omniclav 625 and Oflox oz are antibiotics. The accurate methods to use it are necessarily by doctor's prescription. Waiting 1 hour before taking the other may not be the best idea. You should take care of following the directions to their specified methods of administration.

Hello, I have redness on my nose, I would like to get rid of it, as its not the same colour and it looks ugly. I kinda know why its red. I had erythema multiforme, after someone drank from my water bottle and i got herpes simplex, i had red dots on my hand, knees, elbows, and one on my nosebridge now its gone, but ever since i have a discolored nose. The top where it connects to the forehead is white and below its a red colour, what can I do to get back the original colour of my nose, is there any medication that can help?

Male | 21

That redness on your nose might be leftover swelling. Don't worry though, with some gentle TLC, it should fade. Be sure to moisturize and use mild products. Staying out of harsh sunlight (and SPF!) will also keep discoloration away. It may take time, but your skin will heal.

I'm suffering from severe akin problem ,with sever itching and irriation on my legs and it raising to hands also ..Consulted so many doctors there is no solution and there is no improvement looking for suggestion and better treatment

Female | 33

It sounds like you may have eczema, a common skin condition that can cause itching, redness, and irritation. To determine if this is the case, you should see a dermatologist. The dermatologist can recommend an appropriate treatment plan that may include topical medications, light therapy, or oral medications. Additionally, lifestyle changes can help to manage symptoms including avoiding potential triggers, wearing loose fitting clothing, and using a humidifier in your home.
