What's the best treatment for hanging pimples?
Mere face ke neeche neck ke pass hanging pimples hogaye hain. Hanging pimples ko hatane ke liye kya karoon. Please tell me medicine and treatment for removal of my hanging pimples. My age is 35 years.

Those pimples under your chin could be a sign of acne. This can happen due to overstretched pores and excessive oil production on your skin. You can use a thorough cleanser and products containing ingredients like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to help eliminate them. It is also important not to pick or squeeze the pimples, as this can worsen them. If over-the-counter treatments don't work, it is best to see a dermatologist for further advice. Sometimes, antibiotics may also help.

Most of the times resistant acne has underlying hormonal imbalance which has to be diagnosed and addressed. I have gone through hair transplant surgery 4.5 months ago. I am suffering from Androgenetic Alopecia. As per the doctor, I am taking minoxidil and finastride on daily basis. However, my hair sheds while I apply minoxidil (10-15 hairs shed) and while I wash my head. Please suggest whether this is normal or should I consider any other treatment?
Hair fall is natural. As the lifecycle of hair has different stages.
- Telogen and exogen are shedding phases of hair cycle where we lose hair. 15 to 20% hair are shed in these phases, therefore it's natural.
- But when you lose more hair than routine, then its a matter of concern. Upto 30 to 40 hair per day is normal. Whatever you lose will grow back according to your hair cycle.
- If you are losing thin hair very frequently then it's alarming as well.
- After starting minoxidil hair fall increases. But that is normal and you will get those hair back because you are not losing them from the root.
Keep using minoxidil and finasteride it will help you.
