Why do my testis and lower abdomen hurt after masturbation?
Hello sir i am male 20 and i have an issue Whenever after masturbation my testis hurt also my lower abdomen hurt for sometimes after a while it's back normal (This happens to me only sometimes)

I had symptoms of a uti so I was prescribed antibiotics. Before and after the Antibiotics I had no signs of nitrates, just leukocytes. After the antibiotics the only issue I had was vaginal dryness, itchiness and irritation in the urethra that made me have to pee more.
