Hi, I am 41 years old female suffering from triple-negative Breast cancer and BRCA 2 positive. I underwent double mastectomy and BSO. Can I take immunotherapy after radiation?

My aunt got a tumor in the kidney in 2014 and found cancer. She was 35 at that time. Since then, she has been surviving with only the right kidney. She is a diabetic patient too. Last month diagnosed with some abnormality on her other kidney too. Though it was nothing severe and was treated with medicine. But we are worried that if the other kidney also gets affected, what are her survival chances?

Having only one kidney does not affect the quality of life to a very high extent, but any disease or disorder of the remaining kidney can be fatal and will require immediate treatment. Stage II cancer means cancer has not yet spread outside of prostrate but is large. Treatment depends on age of patient, his general condition mainly. Radical prostatectomy is done and if during surgery it is found that cancer has spread or if few months after surgery PSA has increased, then external beam radiation is considered. Either solely external beam radiation, or brachytherapy, or both are considered depending on patient's condition and cancer stage. 41 year old lady underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder stones, post surgery if biopsy turned to be cancer, we need to evaluate and treat further. My question is what else treatment u had after diagnosis of cancer. Usually we do PET CT scan to know stage followed by radical cholecystectomy for gallbladder cancer. Frankly speaking gallbladder cancer per se has poor prognosis only
