The darkening of the skin, dark under the eyes, and hyperpigmentation you mentioned can happen due to hormonal changes during breastfeeding. The reasons are various; it can be hormonal changes or skin sensitivity that may cause pimples. The skincare products and medications your dermatologist prescribed are the right ones for your condition during breastfeeding. The facewash, serum, and sunscreen can contribute not only to the health of your skin but also to its protection from harmful sun rays.

How to stop hair thinning and how to stop hair loss
Male | 23
Hair can become thinner, with less volume, or even fall out, leaving bare patches. Genetics and hormones play a role, and stress isn't helpful. A poor diet can also contribute, as well as some medical conditions. If it persists, seek expertise from a dermatologist.

I am facing the issue of itching on cheeks, hands and back
Male | 30
Itching on cheeks, hands, and back could be due to:
- Dry skin
- Allergic reaction
- Eczema or psoriasis
- Bug bites or hives
- Medication side effect.
Try moisturizing, avoiding irritants, and OTC antihistamines. If symptoms persist, see a dermatologist.

I'm a 27 year old male and about two weeks ago I accidentally stabbed my hand with an ink pen and there's been a black sack or lump on it since and it doesn't look like it's healing even though it doesn't hurt. Since then I've had headaches, stomach pain, chest pain, left arm and hand pain, back pain, brain fog, fast heart rate, and tingling every day. I also took nsaids every days as well so I don't know if I'm sick from stomach inflammation or if I have an infection. I can't go to the doctor's because I don't have health insurance. What should I do?
Male | 27
A part of your hand, likely where the infection started, may have been affected by the pen blast. This infection could now be spreading and causing other symptoms like headaches, stomach pain, tingling, and a fast heart rate. This is serious, as it can lead to tissue damage and become life-threatening if it spreads through your blood. Getting immediate medical treatment from a dermatologist is essential.
If you’ve been using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) daily, which can harm the upper GI tract, consult a doctor. You should get tested for Helicobacter pylori, and if positive, start the recommended treatment. Consulting a gastroenterologist for ways to help your stomach heal can also be beneficial.

Pitti and kujli rash padh rahe hain aur Kyon chal rahi hai
Male | 22
The most common reasons behind this are allergies and skin irritation. You should pay attention to the products you use because they should not contain any harmful ingredients. To fight against this problem, moisturize well and avoid using soaps and chemicals that are too harsh.

I ave been suffering from staphylococcus aerus so for 7year now after treatment and medication it will reoccur I don’t know what else to do okay I want to lab last month it’s still there I can send you the if you want maa I ave taken injections now am taken augmenting quaclave as doctor prescribed to me my friends brother that is medical doctor in abroad said I should stop wasting money I should browse the internet google proved to me that vancomycin is the best injections for stubborn staph but am having double mind it won’t work maa plsss advice me on what to do thanks GOD bless
Male | 25
Staphylococcus aureus often leads to skin infections, boils, and even more serious problems such as bloodstream infections. It's caused by bacteria that may be hard to completely remove from the body. If the usual treatments like augmentin were ineffective in getting rid of the infection, vancomycin recommended by your friend is worth considering. Vancomycin is an antibiotic usually used as a last resort for persistent staph infections, especially those that do not respond to other antibiotics. When using vancomycin, it is important to follow your doctor's advice on dosage and treatment duration.

I see some small white bumps along theglans of penis should I be worried about this
Male | 18
The small white bumps that are present on the head of the penis might be a sign of a condition known as Fordyce’s spots and are not harmful in any way. Nevertheless, it is highly suggested to consult a dermatologist or a urologist if you’re looking for a definitive diagnosis and guidance.

You might be suffering from eczema. Eczema is an inflammatory skin disease that can make you itchy and cause red bumps on the skin, which even bleeds if you scratch them hard. Different agents such as stress, allergies, or skin irritants can be the cause of it. You can also use skin gentle products and avoid triggers to achieve affability along with skin moisturization to help you. If the symptoms persist, consider discussing with a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment options.

I am having an issue with my hair loss .
Male | 26
Everyone is susceptible to experiencing hair loss at some point, which can stress you. Evidence of hair loss is a larger amount of hair in your shower or bed. The cause of this might be stress, your genetic makeup, or some health problems you might have. By inclusion of healthy eating in your life, stress management, and the use of chemicals, you can avoid losing hair. If the problem persists, approach a dermatologist.

I had removed a mole in my face 20 years back because of cosmetic reasons. Now it started reappearing. I want to remove the black spot in my face
Male | 41
It's vital to keep an eye on the location for any changes in size, color, or texture. To get rid of these spots from the aesthetic aspect, you can choose from laser therapy and dermatological interventions that can efficiently address such spots. But I suggest talking to a dermatologist for sure, who will do the correct diagnosis and safe treatments specified to your needs.

Today in the morning I had a little mark like I was bitten by something one at the back of my hand the other near my elbow now both are really swollen and painful but they are not itchy as in the morning what could that be and what do I do cause I'm worried
Female | 18
You may be a victim of an insect or spider bite. In some cases, though, these bites can make a person swell and feel pain. Although it's not itchy right now, the reaction can be different in the future. To help, clean the bites gently with soap and water, apply a cold compress like a cool cloth, and take over-the-counter pain relievers for the discomfort. If the swelling doesn't go away or new symptoms appear, it's better to contact a dermatologist for advice.

I have pimples and acne on my face . What should I do?
Male | 15
This can happen when your skin gets too oily, pores get blocked, bacteria grows in them or hormonal changes take place. To help get rid of them, you can try washing your face with a mild soap often, don’t squeeze them, and keep your hands off your face. Over-the-counter creams or gels with benzoyl peroxide/salicylic acid may also work for you. Consider talking to a dermatologist for more help.

How many hair is good for transplant and how i should be caring? explain some major factor behind hair fall and ways to control it.
Male | 28
The number and type of graft you get will depend on your hair type, quality, color, and the size of the area where you will be getting the transplant. In general, the number of grafts for FUE hair transplant in one sitting of 6-8 hours, can go up to 2500-3000.
If you have a higher level of baldness, then you might need another session. However, it's the doctor who will decide how many grafts will be transplanted each day. You can reach out to me or any other dermatologist for hair transplant in Bangalore, or other cities wherever you reside.

When am lay on bed under speed fan after hapend have to go and urien paased more times..
Female | 35
You may be experiencing high nocturia, which is frequent urination at night, you need to see a urologist. Sleeping under a running fan may cause the body to lose more water and may result in increased urine production. This is probably the reason why it is from cases such as overdrinking before going to bed or a bladder issue. Avoid drinking liquids before going to bed and observe whether it is effective or not.

Post acne erythema and macular erythematous scars are common in few individuals as the acne subside. Sometimes underlying Rosacea component may also contribute to redness. Oral isotretinoin itself can cause mild erythema as long as the drug is taken if sunscreen is not used appropriately. Quasi long pulse mode of QS yag laser, topical drugs like topical Ivermectin, metronidazole for underlying rosaceaetc are prescribed by the Dermatologists. Please consult a Dermatologist for the same.

I have a big mole on my neck that’s been there since birth. It makes me self conscious, and feels weird when I move it. How can I get it removed safely without going to a doctor, or what doctor can I go to for the least cost?
Female | 24
Take care when removing moles without the aid of a physician. If there is a large mole that changes shape or color, it may be necessary to have it examined by a dermatologist. These are doctors who specialize in skin and can provide a thorough evaluation. The best way to ensure that the mole is removed safely and inexpensively would be visiting a dermatologist.

Female | 18
It seems like you’ve got post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation after popping your zits. These can result in dark marks on your face. To fade them away, consider trying out products that contain vitamin C, niacinamide, or kojic acid as ingredients. Sun protection is key since UV rays can worsen the appearance of these spots. Also, remember not to irritate your skin further to avoid more dark spots.

I am 28 year female.i have ithyosis vulgaris which is very itchy and dry skin is present.what can I do?
Female | 28
You might have a condition called ichthyosis vulgaris, where the skin becomes dry and itchy because it doesn't shed properly. To manage this, it's important to keep your skin moisturized with non-irritating, fragrance-free lotions. Taking warm, not hot, showers with mild soap can also help. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water, as it helps nourish your skin from the inside.
