Why can't I ejaculate during sex after masturbation?

Hi, I am newly married just few days and we are still exploring things while having sex however no matter how much I perform I am unable to ejaculate while having sex however I have been masterbating before marriage and then I was able to ejaculate but why not now

Answered on 30th Nov '24

The inability to discharge during lovemaking, which used to be possible, could be a consequence of several factors. Stress and performance tension are two of the reasons. The exclusion of anybody's problems from it is also good. Shift to the ideas of mutual understanding and frank discussion with your partner and see a physician if you are interested in treatment you can also consult a sexologist for treatment,.

Let's dive into the men's health issues right here and now. It is quite common for males to experience pain in a penis during physical intercourse, and there might arise this problem as a result of such multiple conditions as infection, injury, nerve damage, and even psychological factors. One of the biggest effective solutions of course consults a health care provider, who makes a diagnosis and gives a proper treatment plan that could be the medication, therapy, or lifestyle modifications.

What dosage of sildenafil or dapoxetine should i take before sexual activity. I need to avoid erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Please suggest allopathy medicine

Male | 36

When it comes to preventing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, sildenafil and dapoxetine are two of the most frequently used medicines that can help. When using sildenafil, the rate of usage will be around 50 mg, at least one hour before sexual intercourse. It has a positive effect on the blood that comes to the penis, which eventually makes it more functional and keeps the erection longer. For people who are prescribed dapoxetine, the proper dosage is usually 30 mg; this drug is taken for 1-3 hours before having sex. It is a remedy to early ejaculation that delays the time that it takes for an individual to cum. As a reminder, it is always recommended to talk to your doctor to decide on the appropriate dose that you would particularly need.

I had protected oral during massage session. I wore condom when he was sucking my penis. Before condom he played with my nipples and penis and then gave blowjob over condom till I ejaculate. I had touch his penis but not at the head-tip just shaft. Am I at risk?

Male | 37

Based on what you said, it does not seem likely that you got an infection. There is a small chance of getting one from skin-to-skin contact, but using a condom helps a lot. Watch out for signs like red skin, itchiness, or burning when you pee. If you see any of those, go to the doctor.

I was sexually active last night. And the semen ejection was inside. I needed a suggestion what should I do next.

Female | 19

If the semen got into your body, you might get STIs or impregnation. It would be advisable to see a gynecologist or urologist for risk assessment and plan further management. Prompt medical help should be sought in order to avert any undesired consequences.

If I see that my heart is broken, I asked him to stop that lot of times but he didn't and he is avoiding me for 2 years .I have given lot of time to change his behaviour but no change till now.if ask also he didn't respond. He resigned his job also from 6 months and he did this thing only every day several times so I have decided to involve him in some Business so that he might change his mentality but I failed here also he even doesn't like to touch me and he didn't help me in anything.i am only one who runs the family, forget to say I have two kids .please do needful Thank you Hema

Female | 30

It sounds like your husband’s experience with compulsive behaviors is quite severe, and thus causing a great deal of problems in the emotional and relationship area. Any kind of overindulgence be it masturbation which is just one of the activities may be a response to stress, anxiety or even finding out if there are deeper issues. Being empathetic is crucial when dealing with this type of behavior. Maybe encouraging an honest talk would assist, but counselors can also be of great help. I suggest that both of you get a therapist or counselor's help. This way, they can be two people to talk to and also suggest ways of dealing with problems.

I am 19 years old and have been masturbating for the past 4-5 years. I tried to quit several times but couldn't due to disturbances in my studies. Now, I want to quit and be healthy for marriage, both physically and sexually. Please guide me as I cannot talk to a doctor face to face.

Male | 19

Masturbation is normal, and many people do it. However, if you feel it's becoming too much, try distracting yourself. Exercise and hobbies can help. Sometimes, losing control can come from stress or boredom, so finding ways to manage those feelings is important. Getting enough sleep, eating well, and talking to someone you trust can also make a difference. If needed, don't hesitate to seek help.
