Hi doc.. can u get HIV through blood draw if the new syringe ( needle + syringe set packed) if someone poke through a infected needle with hiv blood?
Male | 36
Getting HIV from blood drawn with new needles is really hard. HIV doesn't last long outside bodies. If you poked yourself with used HIV blood needles, there's a risk though. HIV symptoms are like flu: very tired, swollen glands. So always use fresh needles and syringes!

Hello! I have gained quite a bit of weight after a saddlebag lipo last year. I'm currently 1.69cm and about 74/75kg. I eat well & exercise fairly often but can't seem to sake those kg off. I want to start taking Mounjaro but I know usually it is recommended to people with BMI over 30. Is it safe for me to take it? I have no medical conditions & my only health issues is low vitamin D, low folic acid & low B-12, which I'm taking supplements for. I tried Orlistat last year & didn't work so that's not an option. Thanks!
Female | 31
The usage of any drug for weight loss, for example, Mounjaro should be prescribed after consulting an experienced medical professional. While Mounjaro is usually given to those with a BMI over 30, it may be safe for the prescription for a doctor.

Howmuchever i eat mrng bf lunch dinner idk y but i faint yesterday i ate bf but i fainted in the clg they said its because u dont eat low bp but it is not i eat enough everyday.. im 43 kg weight n im 20 yrs old .. usually i also have this my fingers shakes automatically for sometime n stops if i try to eat eth spoon infront of evryone i cant eat properly is it because of anxiety ? N also if i walk or run fastly or step to the second third flr my breathing rate is very very high than others..i feel like im very weak ..periods also it will last for 7-10 days sometimes more than 10 days .. Now a days I'm craving for slate pencil, coal, bricks ..
Female | 20
You seem to have nutritional deficiencies. Iron lack makes you tired, weak, and crave non-food items like slate pencil, coal, or bricks - known as pica. Fainting, shaky fingers, fast breathing, and long periods could relate to this too. Eat iron-rich foods like leafy greens, beans, and meat for a balanced diet. This can improve your symptoms. Consider consulting a doctor regarding these concerns.

Male | 20
A mild headache and a high fever of 100°F can indicate a cold or the flu, which are caused by viruses. I suggest you take acetaminophen to reduce the fever and the headache. Furthermore, it is important not only to rest but also to drink sufficient amounts of fluids and eat light and nutritious foods. Keep in mind that if your conditions worsen, visit a doctor.
