Hi..my father is 80yrs old. He has a enlarged prostate issue. He don't have control on urine. He is having swelling at foot . Their local Dr. told to get operated for the same but he has various health issues like BP, Diabetes. etc..pls suggest what action should we take further. Thanks
Male | 80
Your father seems to be struggling with prostate issues. He might have trouble peeing and swollen feet. Enlarged prostates are common as men get older. But his other health problems make surgery risky right now. Ask his doctor about medications or non-surgical treatments instead. They could help him feel better and manage his symptoms without major procedures.

1) SOMETIMES SOME WHITISH THIC AND STICKY DISCHARGE FROM PENIS AFTER URINATING. 2) Sometimes pain and irritation while urinating and 3). A white layer is formed on the head of the penis, and at that time i feel pain to pull back the foreskin of the penis?
Male | 21
You may have a yeast or bacterial infection based on the signs you mention. These microorganisms can make one double over with pain, pee mistakably, and release a mushy white discharge. Hygiene is always a requirement in the area and should always be kept dry. You may require medication to treat the infection. Stay hydrated and avoid sweet foods.

Why I'm I having itching in the urethra

Scratching in the urethra could be a signal of a urinary tract infection (UTI), sexually transmitted infection (STI), or an allergic response. Therefore, you should meet a urologist to complete the long-term examination and treatment.

after protected sex for 3 time and unprotected sex for ones , first i started having burning sensation on my penis tip while urinating. It eventually went away but now the foreskin has got tighten.
Male | 23
You are feeling a bit uncomfortable in that area. When you pee and feel a burning sensation, it could be because of an infection such as a UTI (urinary tract infection). This might have caused swelling which made the skin on your penis tight. Infections can sometimes stick around and affect other parts too. So it would be good for you to see a urologist who will give you the right treatment.

Varicocele occurs when the veins in the scrotum swell up. Some people may not have any symptoms, but occasionally, it may cause pain or even result in infertility. I have symptoms like increasing in urine, pain when I do pee
Female | 20
You might have an infection in your urinary system. This is called a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs make you urinate frequently. They also causes pain when you pee. Bacteria entering your bladder causes this infection. Drinking plenty of water helps remove the bacteria. However, you'll likely need antibiotics to kill the germs completely. Seeing a urologist is crucial for proper treatment.

I am 36 year old female, I some times see blood while am I am peeing, what is the cause and what should I do doctor?
Female | 36
This could mean that you have a urinary tract infection (UTI). One might feel pain while peeing or even have it more often than usual. Some people may experience lower stomach aches as well. There are times when having kidney stones causes someone’s pee to appear bloody; it could also happen if they had bladder infections among other things. Drink lots of water and see a urologist.

You might have a UTI. Frequent urination, chills, and blood could mean bacteria entered your urinary tract. Diabetes and some medcines raise UTI risk. Be sure to see a urologist quickly for antibiotics to treat the infection and avoid problems.

My uncle age 55 his psa level is <3.1 is it ok please suggest.
Male | 55
In men, a value under 3.1 ng/ml for PSA is considered as normal for your uncle's age. Yet, there is a need to consider the fact that the PSA is only a single-screen examination and it does not provide a complete and accurate diagnosis. It is better to see a urologist for a comprehensive evaluation and has more information on prostate health care.

have pain in right testicle in down area and feel like it swell
Male | 26
Right testicular pain and swelling could mean epididymitis. Behind the testicle is a tube. Inflammation there causes this condition. Redness and warmth may occur too. A cold pack helps ease discomfort. Over-the-counter painkillers reduce pain also. See a urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
