You might have this problem if you are feeling pain when passing urine if you feel like you need to pass urine more often than usual, or when your urine looks cloudy. A bladder infection happens when bacteria enter the bladder. However, it is not usually serious. To cure it, your doctor might give you some antibiotics that can help kill the germs causing the infection. Ensure that you drink a lot of water to help wash away the bacteria.

Firstly, approximately 20 years ago, I experienced a significant shoulder impact while playing football, resulting in a sprain that extends from my neck to the back of my shoulder. Whenever I engage in physical activity, particularly on the injured right shoulder side, I feel a burning sensation accompanied by heat. Additionally, I've noticed that my right hip appears elevated since the injury. In a previous scan, I discovered a left-sided disc prolapse. Moreover, I occasionally experience sprains in the middle of my back. I have not been taking any medications for this issue as previous doctors have been unable to identify the problem. I am concerned about the long-term implications and would greatly appreciate your expertise in evaluating and providing guidance on the appropriate course of action. Are there any specific tests or examinations that you recommend to better understand the underlying causes and potential treatment options for my shoulder, hip, and back issues? Furthermore, I recently discovered that I have kidney stones in both of my kidneys. I do not have diabetes or high blood pressure, and I am not diagnosed with arthritis. Additionally, I have been informed that I have elevated uric acid levels. Considering these multiple health concerns, I am wondering if blood tests or any other diagnostic tests would be beneficial in identifying any potential connections between these issues and guiding the most appropriate treatment plan.
Male | 44
To address your musculoskeletal concerns consult an orthopedic specialist. They would recommend imaging studies, physical therapy, and medications as needed. For your kidney stones and elevated uric acid, seek guidance from a urologist nearest to you or a nephrologist who can perform diagnostic tests. I suggest to follow certain dietary changes, and monitor your kidney health. Open communication with your specialists for a tailored treatment plan for your multiple health concerns.

It can be caused by different medical conditions, such as diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, lower urinary tract infection or kidney stones, strained muscles as well. It is compulsory to visit a doctor so that the doctor will find the cause of the pain. Hello, i’m a 23 year old male and i would like to speak to a urologist because i think i might have an std. I have taken various std tests and all my results came back negative, my family doctor prescribed a couple antibiotics (cefixime, nitrofurantoin, levofloxacin and ofloxacin) for the symptoms but it only suppresses it for a while before it flares up again. What do i do now ?
Male | 23
Hello, it's important to follow up with a urologist if your symptoms persist despite negative STD tests and antibiotic treatment. A urologist can provide specialized care for your condition and might conduct further tests to identify the underlying issue.

After urine 1or 2 drop blood come and all body pain this had came yesterday evening
Female | 21
You may have a urinary tract infection. If you are experiencing body pain and noticed blood after urination, this might indicate that your kidneys or bladder are infected with bacteria. Do not try to hold your pee, drink plenty of water, and take a rest. You should see a urologist as soon as possible for them to prescribe you the necessary treatment to help you feel better.

I had been masturbating since long... but past of few months it has been excesive and my testicles are paining....sir...
Male | 17
Excessive self-pleasure can cause pain in your testicles. It’s important to pay attention to your body. You did the right thing by asking for advice. Too much stimulation can strain your testicles, leading to pain. It’s a good idea to take a break and stop for now. If the pain continues, seek help from a urologist for further examination.

Hi Doctor, i m an indian citizen and i am facing the problem of partially phimosis . My penis foreskins goes back easily when not erriction in penis . But it dont goes back when during sex. I dont want to circumsize my penis is there any other way to treat it ?
Male | 25
Yes, there are non-surgical treatments that can be effective in treating partial phimosis. One option is to try stretching exercises to gradually loosen the foreskin. In this you need to gently pull back the foreskin several times a day, either manually or with the use of a stretching device. Do this slowly and gently to avoid causing pain or injury. Another option is to use topical corticosteroid creams or ointments, which helps to reduce inflammation and loosen the foreskin. These medications are available by prescription from a specialist and should only be used under your doctor's supervision.

Seeing blood in your urine is not normal and should be a cause for concern. Both a urine test and a visual examination have confirmed this, leaving no doubt. There are many possible causes, such as infections, kidney stones, or more serious conditions. It is important to seek medical help from a urologist as soon as possible so they can run the necessary tests to determine the problem. I'm 20years old nd 10days se mujhe infection hora h yurin infection so please can you talk to me
Female | 20
UTIs are something that can happen to anyone – even people in their 20s. Some signs of this condition include feeling pain when you urinate or having a burning sensation while peeing; needing to go often but only passing small amounts each time; and/or noticing that your pee looks darker than usual or has an unpleasant smell. The most common way bacteria get into our bladders is through the urethra which is why it’s so important for women especially (those who have shorter urethras) to wipe from front to back after using the bathroom. One way to help treat them naturally is by drinking lots of fluids such as water or unsweetened cranberry juice because this will help flush out any bacteria before they have a chance to multiply; however, sometimes antibiotics may be necessary if the infection doesn’t clear up on its own within a few days. Visit a urologist if your condition doesn't improve.
