Dust, pollen, pet dander, and even certain foods are some of the most common factors. Allergen avoidance, antihistamine use, and nasal sprays can get little relief in most patients Antihistamine treatment is one way to deal with this occurrence. Furthermore, one may maintain a dust-free environment to reduce the severity of the allergic reactions. If histamine blockers do not improve the symptoms, I will surely refer you consult a dermatologist, who can offer personalized treatment, and medication.

Male | 28
It feels like one of the problems you are going through is your feet that have a sore feeling and muscle in both them and your arms. Also, you notice some spasms in your veins, your toe bothers pains, and you are tired. These can be connected to nerve issues, blood flow troubles, or skin conditions Thus, it would be better for your dermatologist if they identify when you are most affected and if there is anything that triggers your symptoms. In the meantime, make sure you consume a sufficient amount of water, handle your stress, and sleep well.

Allergic reactions to antibiotics are a common issue, resulting in itching or welts on the body. It is essential to stop using the antibiotic at once and see a doctor. An allergist or an immunologist is going to be able to diagnose and manage the allergy.

Hi doctor, I'm experiencing skin redness and severe itching. and it's really uncomfortable. Please let me know about regarding the cause and medications if any thanks
Male | 25
You’re dealing with a skin problem known as eczema. Eczema can make the skin red and extremely itchy because it’s inflamed. You should use mild skin care products regularly and moisturize often to help yourself. If you need relief, try using some over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream. Don’t scratch or it will get worse. In case these signs don’t go away or become worse, see a dermatologist for more help.

Sir i have hair fall problem can i do Keratin
Female | 33
Yes, you can undergo a Keratin hair treatment to help reduce hair fall. Keratin treatments are designed to help strengthen and nourish the hair and reduce breakage. However, it is important to keep in mind that Keratin treatments should not be used as a primary treatment for hair loss. You should speak to your doctor to determine the underlying cause of your hair loss and the best treatment options for you.

hwo to removr black spot on face
Male | 58
Black spots on the face are often a result of sun exposure, hormonal changes, or skin inflammation. They tend to form as flat areas that are darker than the surrounding skin. To remove these spots, you may opt to use over-the-counter creams containing retinol or hydroquinone, among other things. Moreover, it is also necessary to keep your skin safe from the sun's rays by applying sunscreen to it daily. If the spots persist or you have concerns, seeing a dermatologist is the best option for further evaluation and treatment.

I am a 28 year old female who has had itching, pain and a full feeling inside of both of my ears for about 2 months. I thought it was earwax build-up so I bought an ear camera and my ears are clear, but they are both very red and irritated and there is a small bump in front of my left ear drum. I don't really have the funds for a Dr so I just want to confirm that it's not something serious
Female | 28
You could have an infection if you have itching, pain, and redness. Also, the small bump you mentioned near your left eardrum might indicate this. Although infections may resolve spontaneously, you should not ignore them. Clean your ears gently and avoid putting objects into them. If the symptoms worsen or fail to go away, visit an ENT specialist.

I am 27 years. I have a problem with my mouth and tongue. Sometimes. When im stress my tongue will retract. And now, i have lot of canker sore in my mouth and tongue. What should i do to make it heal faster. Thanks
Female | 27
Canker sores are small, painful ulcers that are so troublesome that one can find it hard to speak or eat. Stress can be a possible reason for them as well. To promote healing, try rinsing your mouth with salt water about three times a day. Try to avoid spicy and acidic foods that can aggravate the sores. Regularly brushing your teeth and mouth can also speed up the healing process.

Male | 15
Be sure to go to the doctor as soon as possible if you think you might be infected with an STD. You may have genital herpes, or an STD if you experience a swelling in the bump on your lower bum area. A dermatologist or a specialist in sexual health can be suited to diagnose and treat any conditions you may suffer.

Acne is multi-factorial problem, hormonal disease in most of the patients, diet, exercise, hygiene, grooming practices play important role.so visiting dermatologist and taking treatment is one option and maintain treatment for long time because if you are getting any improvement with the treatment then continue it otherwise dermatologist will change it. there are few things that has to be taken care. One thing not to apply hair oil, avoid having dandruff or use anti-dandruff shampoos weekly on the scalp, using face washes that have salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day. Topical steroids have to be avoided. Topical antibiotics like Clindamycin are useful. Oral Antibiotics or retinoids are advised.

Balanitis is an inflammation of the skin located at the front end of the penis. If addressing the issue, professionals, such as dermatologists and urologists, who are experts in skin and urinary system disease may be consulted. The issue of balanitis springs from a lack of cleanliness, some skin conditions, or various infections. I have oily skin and acne problem. The problem is that scars are not removed completely. Some are getting light but not removed completely. I recently heard about microdermabrasion for acne scars from one of my friends. Does it really work? I am 23 now. Does it have any side effects?
Female | 23
If you have oily skin and acne problem, sometimes if acne is severe they might burst or get infected or if you pick your acne too much they might result into scars. As per Dermatologist there are 5 types of scars which are commonly encountered.
1. Ice Picks Scars: Very small in surface but deep and narrow below.
2. Roll-Over Scars: Wide but borders are difficult to appreciate
3. Box-car Scars: wide and borders can be easily appreciated.
4. Open pores like Scars: Small Ice Pick Scars
5. Hyper-trophic Scars:
so the treatment for the scars depends upon the type of scars. Commonly treatment which are effective are TCA cross, subsition treatment, microneedling, microneedling radiofrequency, PRP treatment, CO2 Laser, RBM Glass laser and even dermal fillers.
As you are 23 and you are asking about microdermabrasion, it removes superficial skin layers and it is effective only for superficial scars which are not very deep. This might require you multiple sessions like 8-10 sessions for it to work. Instead of Microdermabrasion you can go for microneedling, microneedling radiofrequency which will require less number of sessions and on top of it you can add PRP to it.
