It’s understandable to be concerned about hormonal imbalances, especially when testosterone levels are elevated. Symptoms may include mood changes, fatigue, or weight gain. High levels can result from various factors, including medications or underlying health issues. To manage this, it’s essential to discuss with an endocrinologist who may recommend lifestyle adjustments, such as a balanced diet, regular exercise, and possibly adjusting your medication. Monitoring your hormone levels through regular check-ups will also be important.

My HS-CRP Level is 5.39. My HbA1c is 5.5. Vitamin D - 7.12
Male | 15
A high HS-CRP level can indicate inflammation in the body, which may arise from various factors like infection, stress, or chronic conditions. Your HbA1c level is within a normal range, suggesting good blood sugar control. However, a low Vitamin D level can impact your overall well-being, leading to fatigue or bone discomfort. It's essential to increase dietary sources of Vitamin D, such as fatty fish and fortified foods, or discuss supplementation with a endocrinologist.

Need advice related to diabetic health issues
Male | 30
People suffering from diabetes have blood sugar levels that are too high. Knowledge about diabetes can cause people to think that this is a disease of the elderly only but the facts show that it is not that way. They can experience symptoms like excessive thirst, reiterating the need for the bathroom, unwilling weight reduction, and constant fatigue. It is caused when your body either is not producing enough insulin or cannot use it. Get used to eating healthy, exercising, taking medicine if needed, and checking blood sugar levels.

I spoke to a doctor and he said without testing that it is due to progesterone hormone. And if the vision hormone becomes correct then will the other hormones also become correct? Girl unmarried

The symptoms like pimples, hair loss fatigue, leg pain, and nightfall could be a hormonal issue but it may not be correct to think only of progesterone in this case without tests. The body's hormones can be thought of as a team, where if one is out of balance, it might affect the others. To discover the most appropriate treatment, it is crucial to consult an endocrinologist for proper testing and hormone balance guidance for general well-being.

Hi I m on thyroid tablets of 125mcg eltroxin My current tsh is 0.012, t3 - 1.05, t4 - 11.5 Should I reduce the dosage to normalise
Female | 32
Based on the thyroid test results, you have slightly low thyroid levels as your TSH is 0.012. Your present dosage of eltroxin may be too high for you; this could be the case. Besides, these might be the possible reasons: you will feel jittery, lose weight, and have trouble sleeping. To correct the dosage, consult your doctor and suggest doing the treatment at the lower dosage to get your thyroid levels back in balance.

Male | 17
It's okay to be upset by the changes in your body in puberty. If there's hair down there, puberty has started. Other things like beards or chest hair might take longer to show up. It's also fine if your penis and testicles are kind of small right now - they grow at different rates for everyone.

Recently i was admitted to hospital for rapid heartbeat and irregular rhythm, but in the reports high TSH level are shown, I'm experiencing rapid heartbeat, weight loss and bloating from 2 years... Now doctor gave me thyronorm 50, but still after a week my condition is the same, my heartbeat stays normal as long as i lie down even when i lie down sometimes it rises up... My 2d echo, usg is normal...
Female | 22
A test result of TSH at a high level signifies that the thyroid could be malfunctioning. This can be caused by rapid heart rates, weight loss, and bloating. The medicine is the cause for the improvement, but the improvement may take a while to show. Often, determining the correct dosage requires some experimentation. Do not forget to tell your doctor about any changes or improvements in your health.

Stopping teriparatide suddenly may impact bone strength. Though you won't feel effects immediately, over time, reduced density weakens bones and fracture risk rises. Don't miss doses; following doctor's orders is key to reinforce bone health and avoid issues.

Consuming 9mg of boron per day may be harmful, particularly if you are thinking about consuming 3 tablets with 3mg of boron in each. The upper limit of boron overdose is manifested in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Estrogen imbalances can lead to brain fog. Brain fog makes it difficult to focus, remember things, and stay clear-headed. High estrogen levels disrupt hormonal balance, causing brain fog symptoms. If high estrogen causes your brain fog, doctors may recommend lifestyle adjustments, medications, or hormone therapy to restore balance.

I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease with TSH level almost zero in August 2023. I was prescribed Methimez 15 mg initially, which was gradually reduced to 2.5mg daily. My TSH level is currently 7.9, FT4=0.82, FT3=2.9. Should I still be taking daily methimez 2.5mg or should I fully stop it/reduce it less than 2.5mg daily since TSH level is currently 7.9. History of medical conditions: I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease in August 2023 with TSH level touching zero. Current medication details: I was prescribed Methimez 15mg daily which was gradually reduced and is currently prescribed at 2.5mg on a daily basis. History of medication for the same complaint: None
Male | 41
Graves' Disease affects thyroid function. Your recent TSH test result at 7.9 shows an imbalance. To regulate hormone levels, continue taking Methimazole 2.5mg daily as prescribed. Stopping this medicine on your own risks causing uncontrolled symptoms. These may include rapid heartbeat, weight fluctuations, and fatigue. If you have any worries or questions, be sure to discuss them with your doctor.

These might be symptoms of many things such as an infection or not drinking enough fluid. However, there are some things which could help in the meantime: make sure that you drink plenty of water, and get some rest. But if this goes on much longer without any improvement then I would advise seeking medical attention. They can give you proper treatment for whatever is causing all these different problems.
