Do I need to worry about swelling in private area hair?
I am 20 years old and over 6 years the right side of where hair do grow in my private part do breath ones i breath, and it do swell up, with no pain.

You may have a hernia. This occurs when internals are pushed through a weak part in a muscle. Although there is no pain now, it should be examined by a doctor. They may advise treatment such as an operation to repair the damage and avoid further problems.
