Female | 17
Swelling, pain, and discoloration in the toe are normal after the ingrowing toenail is removed because of the bruising. It may be from the shots that removed the sensation in the area. Don't worry; if it's been a day since the procedure, the formation of a bruise is common. Temperature, severe pain, redness of skin, or the presence of any pus are signs of infection. Follow the recommendations for keeping the region spotless, raising your foot, and taking painkillers. If you think you set out signs of infection, contact a dermatologist.

I had very active warts on my mouth and I got pRP with micro Needling. And I have taken two sessions of this .But I did not notice any difference in it. Can you tell me after how many months does the result of Micro Medlining with PRT appear properly on the face?
Female | 22
You have been using PRP with micro-needling on your active warts on the mouth but have not seen any results yet. Warts are often obstinate and require a long time to disappear. Generally speaking, the treatment can take up to 6 months of regular sessions to begin showing results. Keep going to your sessions and be patient. If you don't see improvement after a few more sessions, talk to a dermatologist.

Female | 20
An overdose of a large dosage of vitamin D, such as 40,000 IU weekly, can sometimes result in side effects, but hair loss is not a frequent one. Overdose symptoms of vitamin D include stomach upset, weakness, and frequent urination. Hair fall can be a potential result of a range of difficulties, such as stress, hormones, or nutrition restrictions. It is very important to share with the dermatologist any anxieties who can know your unique situation and help you find the right change or treatment. Moreover, keeping a proper diet and finding ways to cope with stress will also greatly help.

Post-delivery pigmentation, often due to hormonal changes and sun exposure, is common among new mothers. Using skincare products like Eliteglo cream can sometimes help, but it's essential to check the ingredients for safety during breastfeeding. For best results, consider applying sunscreen daily and stay hydrated. Maintaining a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables may also support skin health. If pigmentation persists or worsens, consulting a dermatologist is advisable for tailored treatment options. Remember, taking care of yourself is important too.

My name is Shankar Dayal Gupta I am 55 years old. For the past four-five months there is something round like a ulcer on the left side of my mouth. The area in which it occurred That place got tight and I am not feeling any pain and I am not facing any problem in eating. But I am very tensed after seeing the ulcer I don't understand anything what happened
Male | 55
The round ulcer on the left side of your mouth might be due to a lot of reasons, like biting your cheek accidentally or a viral infection. Since you are not feeling any pain or eating difficulty, it seems to be a minor issue. You can try swishing your mouth with warm salt water or avoiding spicy and hot foods for a couple of days and see if it helps. If it doesn't go away after a week or two, it's best to have it checked by a dentist to be safe.

HPV, especially type 45, is primarily spread through direct skin-to-skin contact, mainly sexual. The chance of transmission through shared clothing is low. However, considering your mother's health condition and her rheumatoid arthritis, it’s good to be cautious. Encourage her to see a gynecologist for proper advice and peace of mind.

Your face might seem burnt from too much exposure to the sun, and this can be very uncomfortable. This occurs when the skin gets too much sun without protection. Symptoms can be redness, pain, and maybe blistering. Immediately get into the shade for relief, apply a cool compress, and use aloe vera gel to soothe. Wear sunscreen in future to avoid a repeat of the same.

My little brother got a wound from metal the wound was so minor that it formed new skin in 2 days there was a black dot on the wound it was from the beginning is it a sign to tetanus infection
Male | 11
The black dot mentioned may be debris or a tiny piece of metal that would not essentially suggest an infection. Symptoms of infection may involve more severe redness, swelling, or pus. Typically, tetanus happens in wounds that are deeper, mainly due to rusty metal, though he may have already been immunized. It is best to consult a dermatologist.
