Such symptoms might be due to a urinary tract infection or an enlarged prostate. Both of them can be responsible for such problems. A lot of water drinking and taking prescribed medicines can be helpful in this case. You can also consult a urologist for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

I am 21 year old female, i pee 15 times a day when I drink 2 litres of water a day. I pee every 20 mins. I don't have UTI now. How can I help myself?
Female | 21
This is referred to as "polyuria," and it may be the one that is defined by the way you pee a lot but there is no UTI. Several circumstances like excess water consumption, kidney issues, or diabetes can lead to this condition. Spreading your water consumption over the day and recording how often you urinate are effective measures to use as a first step. If the problem does not disappear, it might be a good idea to see a urologist for further feedback and guidance.

UTIs might cause signs such as frequent urination, a burning feeling during urination, and cloudy or smelly pee. They occur when bacteria enter the urinary system. Drinking lots of water along with cranberry juice helps in flushing out these microorganisms. Therefore, it is important to visit a urologist for proper treatment.

i tested positive for chlamydia but my partner tested negative
Female | 20
You should consult a doctor immidiately. A negative test of your partner does not mean they are free of infections, because it could take time for bacteria to turn up in the test. It is recommended to consult a gynecologist or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hi, can having a pimple on my penis be a signficant risk factor for HIV infection if I engage in vaginal sex? (With condom, the risk being fluids leaking into pimple)
Male | 33
The risk in such a case is quite low..Condoms are highly effective in reducing the risk of HIV transmission and other STIs when used correctly and consistently. But there is still a small possibility, so consult a doctor.

Good day I have a frequent urination problem with episodes of not feeling when to go and sometimes urgency. I saw a urologist end last year. He didnt say much after doing ultrasound he said residual urine is fine. He prescribed Betmiga 50mg I havent started it yet because I'm scared it's going to cause urinary retention. He also found a trace of blood in my urine and said I must schedule a cystoscope in this year which I've done for May. Sometimes I have trace blood and sometimes not. My bladder doesnt feel and look right it seems very enlarged to me however the urologist didnt mention anything about enlargement. Alot of symptoms over the years was or is also psychological Ive been told by doctors and psychiatrist many years back. Should I go for the scope Im scared it's going to make things worst. The blood in urine over years has always been a trace and it is not constant however the last two urine culture tests they found trace of blood.. I am 35 years old male, height 1.63 metres, weight around 80kg. There's no sign of prostrate problems also I had the PSA test done last year. When it feels like I keep my pee in too long even like 10 minutes longer there is a pressure between my legs between my anus and my penis retracts Im really worried. My stools also alternate and put pressure on my bladder and affects the urination. I have been diagnosed as having IBS by a gastroenterologist.
Male | 35
Frequent urination, urgency, blood in urine - these could signal bladder trouble. Your urologist's cystoscopy will give insights into what's happening inside your bladder, ruling out potential problems. It's understandable feeling anxious about the procedure, but don't fret too much over the scope worsening things - it's a routine, safe way to get a clear look. !

As I have been dealing with this for awhile, and I have become sick.

I am male 17 year old almost, I was experiencing a little discomfort in right testis but now it is fine and I found that I have a lump or something on my left abdomen in groin area and I can feel it but on the right side it is very small what is this I am very scared , I have so much tension, please tell me , I searched on Google it's saying lymph node I don't what to do I think it's from long time but I am not sure It's no pain while touching walking running I sometimes forget about it No fever , no pain it is like 1.5-2cm I am not sure
Male | 17
You might have discovered a lymph node in the left side of your groin. Lymph nodes are the little helpers of your body's defense system. Sometimes they can become bigger when there is an infection nearby. It's normal to have different sizes on each side. Since you don't have any pain or other symptoms, it's probably nothing serious. If it starts bothering you or gets bigger, you can check with a urologist to be on the safe side.

Treated STI with gentamicin it reoccurred then treated with streptomycin and it has reoccurred again . Please help
Male | 27
When it comes to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), the bacteria might not be fully eliminated by antibiotics. Having a test could identify the right medication needed. Visit a urologist as they can help you with proper treatment plan. In some situations, a more potent antibiotic or combining different treatment becomes necessary to clear the infection completely. But don't forget, practicing safe sex is crucial for preventing future infections.

Hi, I'm a 22-year-old male experiencing mid-level pain in my left testicle. I don't have any direct or indirect injuries, but my left testicle is swollen. It feels heavy. It's been 3-4 days
Male | 22
Your left testicle swelling and hurting could mean an infection or swollen part. Sometimes, the tube behind the testicle (called epididymitis) gets inflamed and causes these symptoms. However, it's crucial to get it checked by a urologist to know for sure and get proper treatment.

Frequent urges to pee with little output could signal a urinary tract infection (UTI). Symptoms include constant urination, urgency, and a burning sensation. Stay hydrated by drinking water and cranberry juice, but be sure to visit a urologist. Proper diagnosis and treatment are key.

My penis hurt and I can't pee for like 3 days.
Male | 10
You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI). The first one is the hurt while urinating and the pain in the private parts. The inability to pee for 3 days already suggests that something is wrong. It's important to drink plenty of water and visit a urologist. They may prescribe you antibiotics to get rid of the infection.
