Why is my semen quantity low after ejaculation?
I don't get much seamen nowadays after ejaculating. Is this a problem? Once ejaculated small quantity, it takes 5 to 6 days to form again new seamen.

Madam, I am having a tight foreskin. During erection, foreskin can be retracted to some extent but it feels as if it will get stuck & skin will get torn. .
