Am I Experiencing Nightfall Daily?
I face a nightfall problem daily
Urologist
Answered on 23rd May '24
It's a common occurrence, typically natural and harmless. However, if nightfalls are frequent, they might result from bodily changes during puberty or high emotional stress levels. To reduce nightfall incidents, try stress-relieving activities like meditation or exercise. Avoid watching arousing content before bedtime. Wear loose, comfortable sleepwear. Consult a urologist.

Should I worry after turps that when I peeing blood comes out then clears
Male | 74
You shouldn't usually see blood in your urine after turps. This abnormality can arise if bladder or urethra irritation occurs. Infections or kidney stones commonly trigger this issue. Seek medical advice promptly if accompanied by pain, fever, or persistent occurrence. Increase fluid intake and abstain from spicy cuisine for relief. With proper care, your body's natural healing mechanisms will likely resolve the condition.

Female | 20
It occurs due to the entry of the bacteria into your urinary tract which leads to trouble. Symptoms include a sharp burning smell in your urine during urination or a strong urge to urinate often. To feel better, you can drink heaps of water, avoid urine retention, and consult a urologist who will prescribe the medicine that will help. And don't forget to urinate after sex, it will help avoid infections.

It's perfectly normal to have one testicle and there's nothing to be scared of. The absence of one testis frequently does not provoke any complications in the future. If the issues persist, visit a urologist.

It began when I was approximately eight years old, occuring once at that time, I had to use the restroom to urinate, and upon returning to my bedroom, I experienced a strong urge to urinate again in a large volume. After that incident, it did not happen again for a long time. As I grew older and entered my teenage years, the issue resurfaced. I started urinating frequently with short intervals and in significant amounts. It can endure for a few minutes to several hours. When it occurs, my urine takes on a cloudy color, and the final urination is slightly yellow, indicating it's the last one. There is no pain, and it can happen in the morning or at night, but the nighttime instances bother me more. The pattern is intermittent, with breaks lasting weeks or months. I initially suspected diabetes and tried a diet, leading to very low blood sugar, especially since I am an active person. The urge to urinate returns when I stay up all night, possibly influenced by hot temperatures making my genital sweaty. Surprisingly, hunger or low blood sugar doesn't trigger it, however how can a diabetic individual experience decreases in blood sugar without the use of medications? Strangely, during these episodes, my hands feel dry, persisting until the frequent urination stops.
Male | 19
You're experiencing nocturia, a condition causing excessive nighttime urination. Drinking lots before bed or urinary infections can cause nocturia. Limit fluids before sleep and empty your bladder before bed. If it continues, consult a urologist to identify underlying issues.

You are suffering from excessive urination and weakness. I understand that. You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI) even if you do not have the pain or burning sensation. UTIs can also lead to increased urine output and weakness. So, it is important to drink plenty of water and go to a urologist for the necessary evaluation and treatment.

That is my right testicle came slightly up than regular position And I immediately consulted urologist And he done with visual test And prescribed blood test, urine test and ultrasound. In every report everything came normal only. Doctor said nothing is there you no need to worry. After 1 week I visited again and doctor said you will be cure,I doubted and went to ultrasound for another time this time also everything is normal But the fact is my right testicle is slightly came up.than it's regular position Still it is up only If I sleep to my right or left I'm unable to sleep comfortably.. But before it happened I slept my left or right very comfortably But not now..
Male | 22
You have experienced some scrotum discomfort due to the right testicle being in a slightly different position than usual. The test results were normal, but it is still okay to worry. This change in the position of your testicle may be due to a muscle strain or a minor injury. It is vital to keep an eye on any changes and visit a urologist if the pain does not go away. Meanwhile, avoid activities that may worsen the discomfort and consider wearing supportive underwear for added comfort.

Hi. Im a 22 year old and had received unprotected oral sex from a woman on 18th of april this year. I have been diagnosed with epididmyl orchitis. I have received doxycycline and ceftriaxone( rocephin ) for 10 days in which my pain was gone but soon after completing medication my pain is back. My urine RE and CS reports are clear and show no bacterial growth. My urethral swab shows “ normal flora growth “ but i still have extreme pain in my scrotum. I went back to my doctor and he gave my levofloxacin for 7 days 500mg daily and anti-inflammatory medicine but that brought me no relief and i am confused on what to do.
Male | 22
This type of testicle pain normally can be from an infection or other problem. It is usually treated with antibiotics such as doxycycline or ceftriaxone but if these don’t work then further investigation is needed. More tests or different treatments might need to be done if you continue feeling unwell. However, the most important thing is to talk to a urologist constantly until they find out what will help most with this issue.
