I got into a car crash back in April 2022 when I was 17 years old. I took my eyes off the road was fiddling with the car radio, my head was turned towards the right and I crash the passenger side of my car into a telephone pole and all the airbags deployed. I didn’t get any facial or body injuries. I got diagnosed with bilateral tinnitus from an ENT doctor but they didn’t find any damage when they did a physical examination. I did a hearing test and I have a little bit of hearing loss. Based on my hearing test is my tinnitus permanent or temporary?

Having pain under right side of jawline and can feel the lymph node just below the jawline on the right side which perhaps has swollen and can feel it as a hard gland , the Pain increases at the time of chewing solid food and swallowing, No other symptoms persists like cough cold and fever, have taken Amoxicillin clavunanic acid 625 Mg twice a day for three days but no respite, kindly advise the best medications for the above mentioned. For a few days I have been experiencing pain in the upper part of the right ear, meaning the right side of the head. Then swelling just above the ear. Hello, I'm 20 years old and my voice stopped developing around 16, so I speak in a high voice for my age. When I speak quietly, it's fine, but when I have to speak more loudly, the voice is very unpleasant for me and those around me. Since I'm about to do a job that requires a normal voice, I need to sort this out. I visited the ENT and she checked my vocal cords. The doctor said that the vocal cords are completely healthy and I should try different voice exercises. So since then, I try to speak in the lowest possible voice in public and at every opportunity, but no change is manifested. I've also found that I've been developing a second voice for several years now that sounds male to me. But I can't talk to him automatically, and when I try, it gets annoying after a while. What can I do?

I am a 15 year old male and for the past 2 or 3 days I have had pain in my left semi-outwards upper ear. It feels sort-of like a bump and doesn't constantly hurt but hurts more if moved or touched (finger, airpod, etc.).
