Do I have Strep Throat with White Patches?
I have strep throat since 3 days. I see white patches on back of my throat and pain while swallowing and i also have fever and chills.

Having pain under right side of jawline and can feel the lymph node just below the jawline on the right side which perhaps has swollen and can feel it as a hard gland , the Pain increases at the time of chewing solid food and swallowing, No other symptoms persists like cough cold and fever, have taken Amoxicillin clavunanic acid 625 Mg twice a day for three days but no respite, kindly advise the best medications for the above mentioned. So I have really bad allergies and I think I might have a sinus infection. My snot is bright yellow, sometimes clear, and very slimy. I have been using sudafed nasal spray for about 5 days for a nasal drip. I stopped yesterday and have been feeling extremely congested like my sinus is swollen. Could this be rebound congestion? I've been using sinus rinse and a little relief but just feels like there could be some swelling

Hello doc, I’m fahmi from Ethiopia. I have sinus since when I was 10 and from the last 2 years it becomes so hard to breathe through my nose. I tried to change environment, the weather and different things but my nose still stuffy and closed. MRI shows I have infection on my top nose. Doctors just always gave me nasal drops for temporary relief. Now I have been using nasal drops for 2 years and sometimes it start adopting didn’t work by 2-3 drops and also some times it wants the stronger one like Oxymetazol to stay for longer like 8-10 hours. Please I need your help , thank you ????????
