You may have symptoms such as expectoration of mucus, a feeling of fullness in the chest, or difficulty in breathing. This could be due to airway infection or inflammation. It is very important to go to a medical practitioner who will be able to give you the right therapy and advice that are specifically suited to your complaint.

My daughter was suffering from pneumonia

Female | 4

You should seek immediate medical care for your daughter. Pneumonia is a severe illness that can easily cause difficulty in the respiratory system, among other serious diseases. Immediately, you are asked to visit a pulmonologist or pediatrician who specializes in the field of respiratory diseases for purposes of diagnosis and treatment. Early intervention can help prevent the complications and aid in fast recovery.

This question is about my mother, 60 years old, with influenza type A that unfortunately led to viral pneumonia. She's hospitalized for the past 4 days, her flu seems to be subsiding, but the pneumonia is not. I am worried and I just wanted to know if she's gonna be alright doctor.

Female | 60

Viral pneumonia takes longer to get better compared to the flu. I’m glad that she is recovering from the flu. Symptoms of pneumonia include difficulty breathing, productive cough, and chest pain. To cure the infection, antibiotics will be administered among other drugs. She needs to have enough rest and time too. Therefore, follow the doctors’ instructions and be patient with her.

I am 28 years old i am Moderate MR patient i am facing difficulty in breathing nowadays

Female | 28

With Moderate MR, the heart may very well be malfunctioning which is why your body has a difficult time getting the required oxygen. This might make you want to breathe faster, and you end up getting dizzy. You need to alert your doctor of the problem now so that your doctor can check you out and give you more effective medicine if it is necessary.

my name is nikhil my age is 20 I have fever and cough I am having fever day and night since last 3 days. I have squinted in the rain many times

Male | 20

Fever and cough are typically part of the body's natural defense against infection. When you get wet in the rain, your body gets cold, which makes it a lot easier to catch a cold. Keep it warm, drink a lot of fluids, get some rest, and you can also take some over-the-counter fever medicine if you like. If your symptoms become more severe or worsen, visit a doctor.
