i have done with tubectomy but my period missed and i have pregnancy symptoms and i have a pregnancy test but it was negative but still i have symptoms

Hello. If there has been a cryptic pregnancy can it be identified with absolute certainty through ultrasound scan at 14 weeks after intercourse. There were no signs of pregnancy. 3 periods were happened and seemed to be normal . A urine pregnancy test is done at the end of 2nd month showed clear negative. I want to confirm 100 percent.
