There is a pain from back to toe at one side of the body and it’s been more than a month went to orthopaedic but says b12 deficiency is there had those b12 medicine and then ayurveda but still no recovery shows to me .
Male | 22
It's frustrating to experience prolonged discomfort for over a month. One-sided body pain is indeed challenging. The culprit, potentially, could be a B12 deficiency affecting nerve function. While you followed prescribed treatment, recovery may take time. Consistently adhere to your doctor's guidance. Explore complementary options like stretching exercises or physical therapy.

Cigarette addiction is strong because of the nicotine that smokes contain. You may be irritable, anxious, and have strong urges to smoke when you try to quit smoking. Hi, I want to improve my overall health so i was planning to take tudca and betaine hydrochloride. How can i take tudca without neutralizing the benfits of betaine HCL. Thanks
Male | 40
Tudca and betaine HCL are both useful components. In addition, using them together could alter their effectiveness. Here's a clever way to do it: take tudca in the morning and betaine HCL with your main meals. By doing this, it will not distort the right one and you will receive the benefits of both. Just be aware of the dosages of both.

Im Ace, just wanna know if sleeping late affect my height
Male | 14
Your height is primarily determined by genetics and the growth plates in your bones, which close in late adolescence or early adulthood. So staying up late occasionally won't have a significant impact on your height. Young people are recommended to get an adequate amount of sleep for their age (7-9 hours) to support overall well being during their growing years.
