I'm a 24 year old female and I'm experiencing pain at the time of urination. A couple of days ago i had my first time sex ...is it the reason or what? And what is cure?
Female | 24
You might have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs can sometimes happen after having sexual intercourse for the first time. Common symptoms include pain during urination, frequent urges to go to the bathroom, and sometimes cloudy or strong-smelling urine. Drinking plenty of water can help flush out the infection, and it’s important not to hold your urine too long. Cranberry juice may also be helpful. However, if the pain continues, see a urologist for antibiotics.

Blood is coming in urine which earlier also happened Did sonography and it shows Bladder wall appears mildly thickened measures 4.5 mm. Internal echoes and sediments are noted in urinary bladder. Prostate is normal in size and it measures 3.5 x 2.6 x 4.0 cms (Weight - 19 gms). Prevoid volume bladder is 260 cc. Residual urine is seen in the post void bladder is 57 cc. Please advice
Male | 17
You may be suffering from cystitis, which means the bladder has inflamed. It may happen that blood will show in the urine. The thickening of the wall of the bladder and the presence of sediments are indications of this. The residual urine left in the bladder after urination may also be causing issues. Drinking plenty of water and taking prescribed medication can improve this condition. However, your urologist is the best source of information on your treatment plan.

It feels like I have to urinate bad, then nothing. I can pushout a little at a time. I took azo medication for UTI. It seemed better on day 3 after taking the meds.then at night it's back with vengeance. I'm just living on the toilet
Male | 38
A bladder infection could make you feel like peeing a lot, but little urine comes out. Azo medication helps with symptoms, yet drinking plenty of water and not holding pee is crucial. If issues persist, seeing a urologist for evaluation and treatment is wise.

Im scared i have chronic epiditymitis In the 7th week doctor said its not chronic and gave me zimmaks medicine saying itll take 1-2 weeks to heal but i scratched testicles now and then and now it’s nearly 3 months the antibiotics ran out and i feel like i have chronic and ive been stressing since
Male | 14
You're worried about symptoms. This condition causes testicular problems that last longer. It makes pain, swelling, and discomfort in that area. Different causes like infections trigger it. You need help from a urologist for the right diagnosis and treatment. Don't scratch there to avoid irritation. Do relaxing stuff to reduce stress which can make symptoms worse.

While my penis is eracted that time fore skin will not go back . During the normal time skin will move freely
Male | 22
Phimosis describes a condition of the penis that resides when the skin does not retract but instead moves freely on the other parts of the penis when it is erect. Symptoms are the ability to pull the foreskin back during the erection. This can be a result of either tightness or scarring. Try gentle stretching exercises or you can see a urologist for advice. In the worst-case scenario, surgery may be necessary.

My Nephew was being treated for high bilirubin during which Blood/urine test were done with +ve UTI. MCU suggested PUV which is not clearly visible in the X-Ray. One surgeon mentioned surgery, another Urologist mentioned nothing is required as it’s not clear and there are no symptoms of fever or UTI in the kid. Please advise.

Your nephew was watched for high bilirubin, which is good. It’s a puzzle with a positive UTI and maybe PUV. Symptoms include fever and UTIs. PUV can block urine flow. Surgery might be necessary but it’s not clear from the X-ray. If there is no fever or symptoms, don’t hurry now. Continue working with the doctors.

I've got a small clear white lump on the left testicle. It is under the skin and I can feel that it is attached to the testicle, it's painless and not itchy. I haven't been experiencing signs of low testosterone but I'm afraid it might be cancer.
Male | 13
A lot of things could cause this including but not limited to; a cyst which is simply a sac filled with fluid that poses no risk to health whatsoever, especially when it’s benign so don’t worry too much about it or even something called varicocele where there’s swelling in one or more veins within the scrotum usually above the testicle on same side but less likely but still possible is cancer so I would advise getting checked by a urologist just in case.

I am 16 years old I'm scared to go to the doctors. My foreskin is not separated as it does from birth.. is this normal still at 16 to have not separated yet? Should I be nervous or need medical assistance?
Male | 16
At 16 years, as well as the penis being uncut, it's normal for the skin to be tight. This is what's termed as phimosis. The most common symptom is the inability to pull the foreskin back. This could be due to natural growth. On the other hand, don't try to push it, be gentle. Mild flexibility exercises can be used, although you may be in pain, it is best to see a urologist to be sure.

Constant urination at night
Male | 30
Frequent nighttime trips to the bathroom can indicate that you have a condition called nocturia. It occurs because your body produces too much urine during the night. Some of the regular causes are drinking too much fluid before sleeping, urinary tract infections, and some medications. To solve this problem, you may go for lowering the intake of water before sleeping, make sure you empty your bladder before sleeping and ask a urologist for advice.
