Hey, Welcome to ClinicSpots!
We're here to assist you with your health concerns. It sounds like taking two capsules of 400 IU vitamin E has led to discomfort, including feelings of heaviness in your brain and difficulty sleeping. While vitamin E is generally safe, taking high doses can sometimes lead to adverse effects, including headaches, fatigue, and other symptoms. It's crucial to adhere to the recommended dosage and consult a healthcare provider before making any changes to your supplement regimen.
Next Steps to Follow:
1. Discontinue the use of vitamin E supplements immediately and avoid any further dosage until you consult with a healthcare professional.
2. Drink plenty of water to help flush out excess vitamin E from your system and promote overall hydration.
3. Consult a healthcare provider to discuss your symptoms and receive personalized medical advice. They may recommend a blood test to check your vitamin levels.
4. Ensure you get adequate rest and avoid any strenuous activities that may exacerbate your symptoms.

Female | 20
Milia are tiny white bumps under the eyes, looking like cysts. Don't fret! These often disappear without action. Try a gentle exfoliating cream, containing glycolic acid or retinol. Keep skin is clean, and moisturized. For oily complexions, use lightweight, oil-free moisturizers. Avoid squeezing or picking milia.

Hi , i am 31 years old.since one week i have a fever blister on right side of upper lip .now that blister cause a wound that is so painful and i feel heat in that wound also itching on sides of wound.can i apply acyclovir on that wound
Female | 31
You may be dealing with a cold sore that’s popped up on your top lip, making it hurt and itch. That’s probably because of a virus called herpes simplex. Acyclovir is a good choice for getting some relief from this. Just use it like they tell you to. Doing this can help you heal better faster and help lessen the signs and symptoms.

What we do our face have pimples
Female | 41
When you see pimples on your face, don't worry, it's common and usually nothing serious. This occurs if your skin pores are clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Indications may involve red lumps and whiteheads or blackheads. To avoid these pimples wash the face regularly with a mild soap, not always touching it, and use oil-free products for your skin. You can also visit a dermatologist if necessary.

Ian suffering from Padar thamarai fungal infection and how to cure this problem? And I am not able to eat non veg also.
Female | 44
By Padar Fungal infection it looks like you are talking about fungal infection of the foot which might present with the flaky or itchy sole. Generally it is more on one feet or just affecting one feet. If it is affecting both feet then its asymmetrical. The treatment is you have to wear less of shoes so that sweating is less. Open footwear is most preferable. Topical and oral antifungals is the mainstay treatment but if nail is also involved then treatment has to be taken for the long time so that the reserve side of the infection is treated. Consult a dermatologist for proper consultation.

Female | 16
It could be for many reasons, including hormones, stress, genetics and skin care products that can cause acne. It is recommended that you consult with dermatologist to assess your skin and determine the best treatment for your specific needs. In the meantime, maintain a gentle and consistent skincare routine, including cleansing your face twice daily with a mild cleanser and moisturizing with a non-comedogenic moisturizer. Avoid irritating ingredients such as alcohol and fragrances.

Will washing his hair scar his scalp or will his scalp scab and heal back to normal?
Other | 24
Regularly washing hair won't harm your scalp or cause scabs, unless you scrub roughly or use very hot water. If scalp feels sore, turns red, or develops scabs, try gentler shampoo and lukewarm water instead. Don't scratch the scalp. Allow it to heal naturally. However, if the issue persists, consult a dermatologist for professional advice.

My daughter is 10 year old and she got allergic it's like water ball it's spreading on legs so what is the best treatment for that.
Female | 10
Your daughter may have red hives, itching, and raised bumps on the skin. Often hives are elevated because of allergens like the diverse range of food, insects, or specified materials. Antihistamine drugs such as Benadryl can be used to help relieve the symptoms of itching and swelling. Check again to ensure no food or other substances have caused the allergy, and if it spreads or worsens, seek medical attention.

I have like red dot on my ball looks like wart now sore
Male | 43
You probably have a red dot that resembles a wart on your private area and is now painful. This might be due to a viral infection known as "genital warts". It is very necessary to not scratch it as this will make the infection spread. Both diagnosis and treatment should be done by a dermatologist. Warts can be removed with medicines or procedures such as freezing or laser therapy.

Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency lead to hair loss. It is advised that you see a dermatologist and an endocrinologist for a thorough examination and treatment.

I have a red spot under my big toenail.
Female | 20
A red spot beneath your toenail indicates subungual hematoma. It must have happened from an injury that caused bleeding under the nail. That red spot is trapped blood. Leave it be if it's painless. Your nail will grow out in months. However, if it really hurts, visit a dermatologist.

I am a 17 year old girl, recently I noticed some white small point sized or slightly bigger patches on my hips. I don't know what to do, but I'm afraid this might be some big disease.
Female | 17
It might be a common skin condition called pityriasis alba. This isn't something to worry about. Pityriasis alba can lead to pale patches on the skin, mainly on the face, neck, and arms. You can see them better in summer when your skin is darker. Dryness is what makes the skin turn lighter than it’s supposed to be, the reason for this happening is mostly because of dryness. You might also want to consider moisturizing your skin more often with lotion, or drinking plenty of water helps too. If there is no change after doing all these things then go to a dermatologist who will advise on treatment methods for this condition.

Skin pigmentation occurs when melanin deposits cause dark spots. You may have pigmented areas on your face, neck, thighs, or back. There are different treatments available for pigmentation. Creams, lasers, and chemical peels can help reduce dark spots. However, consulting a dermatologist is crucial. They'll recommend the right treatment based on your skin type and condition.

How to remove chicken pox dark spot
Male | 29
Dark spots after chicken pox are known as scars. They appear when pox blisters heal. Don't worry too much, most fade over time. To speed up fading, try using creams or oils made for scars. Also, protect skin from the sun, as it darkens scars.

I have too many blemishes on my face
Male | 17
Blemishes can be frustrating, yet they're normal and treatable. Spots or tiny bumps on the skin are classified as blemishes. Clogged pores, bacteria, or hormone fluctuations might cause these. Gently cleansing your face regularly helps. Applying benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid products could improve things. However, avoid popping or squeezing blemishes to prevent scars. If the issue persists, consult a dermatologist for guidance.

I am a 21 years old male and i have had acne since the age of 16. I took isotretinoin at the age of 19 and my acne cleared up but i had to go through the treatment with the pain of severe dry eyes, i didn't want the acne to come back. My acne got cleared up but i was left with dry eyes. I went to an eye doctor and got diagnosed with (MGD) and the doctor told me to put warm compress and take Omega-3 supplement and my eyes got better but now i got the acne back, and when i quit taking the omega 3 supplement my acne clears up but my eyes gets dry again.
Male | 21
Dry eyes you experience is meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), which can occur after taking isotretinoin. Supplements like omega-3s may help your dry eyes. However, they could worsen your acne. It's wise to consult a dermatologist to strike a balance between managing both conditions.
