In some cases, changes in erections and ejaculation happen. These shifts occur due to stress, habits, or health factors. High testosterone alone doesn't rule out issues. For best results, maintain a balanced lifestyle, reduce stress, and consider speaking to a sexologist. They can evaluate your specific situation and provide guidance tailored to your needs.

I am 26 ,,,when a girl touches my penis I ejaculate ,,,,only rubbing it for 10 seconds
Male | 26
I think you might have premature ejaculation. This means coming quickly when you’re touched sexually. It’s common and can be because of stress, nervousness, or inexperience. Try to be relaxed about it and talk to your partner.

Due to the various adverse effects of the allopathic medications I've previously used to cure my erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation for many months, I'm reluctant to try the homoeopathic therapy for sexual dysfunction that is now accessible to me.

Hello mam .please help me . I'm in a helpless situation. I'm unmarried. On oct 24th there was an intercourse which includes no vaginal penetration no ejaculation no direct contact of genital parts. But it includes rubbing of anal region with penis. What is the chance of pregnancy with this act. Later on Nov 8th and Dec 6th she got her periods and they look like normal flow last for 3 days. A urine pregnancy test was done out of my curiosity on Dec 30 in the evening showed clear negative. Again on Jan 3rd she had periods but I don't know whether they are true menstrual periods. I'm worried about cryptic pregnancy. I can't even concentrate on any thing. Please give clarity on this.
Male | 20
Based on your description, the chances of pregnancy from the activities you mentioned are extremely low, especially since there was no vaginal penetration or ejaculation. The normal menstrual cycles you’ve noted, along with a negative pregnancy test, suggest that pregnancy is unlikely. Cryptic pregnancies are rare, but if you're feeling uncertain, it's best to consult a sexologist for reassurance and any further evaluation. They can provide clarity and support tailored to your needs.

im a 50 years old male...i masturbate 1-2 in a week is it okay as per my age..is it safe for my penis and blood flow?
Male | 50
1-2 times a week is completely acceptable for someone your age. Plus, it is a safe way for your penis and blood flow to travel. Masturbation, as a normal and thus healthy activity, can be seen as such. It can even be a means to release stress and tension. Just be careful not to do it too much, as that might lead to some irritation.

Sex hiv releted questions
Male | 19
HIV symptoms range from mild symptoms like fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, and vapors. One of the essential ways to prevent HIV transmission is using a condom every time you do vaginal, oral, and/or anal sex. To better defend against HIV, make regular use of condoms during sexual intercourse. Ensure your health by taking control of it through regular tests and interaction with a Sexologist if you think you fear HIV.

Is there any problem if you have sex at the age of 18?
Male | 18
Being sexually active at the age of 18 is a common thing, but it is important to be prepared. Safe sex through protection, like condoms, can not only prevent pregnancy but diseases as well. Anxiety is a common feeling before sex. Sharing your fears with a partner is a good start.

I had a sex contact and took Hive test on 25th Jan. Non-reactive (Feb-2) Next test (Feb-28) and LIST test (May-02) Non-reactive - now should I test?
Male | 32
A "non-reactive" result indicates that the test did not detect HIV antibodies or antigens in your blood at the time of testing. And you have consistently received non-reactive results over a span of a few months. However, for definitive advice regarding testing intervals and your specific situation, it's essential to consult a professional who specializes in sexual health or infectious disease

Will applying estrogen cream directly to my penis and scrotum cause permanent atrophy to my genitals? I want to make my genitals shrink as much as possible, to infant sized or even smaller. I'm aware of the other effects estrogen will have, but my only concern is to shrink my genitals to near non-existent, permanently and irreversibly. Open to any other non-surgical methods as well
Male | 55
Using estrogen cream to sensitive areas such as the penis and scrotum may change tissues and cause atrophy because of which this may be a temporary issue but not a lasting one. Serious consequences are usually the result of more widespread hormonal treatment or surgical intervention. It is of great importance to first consult a sexologist who will guide you through safe methods of attaining the required outcome. They can give you a custom-made piece of advice that would be on your needs and your general health factors.

Hi doctor.I have a question regarding contractive pills.I had sex with my partner without protection and he ejaculated sperm inside and i take Levonorgestrel tablet ip ifree 72 immediately after 17 hour after unprocted sex. So,i am not sure about tablet.Do i need to take one more for 100 per sure or how to know or be sure that i am not pregnant.kindly assist
Female | 24
You took the Levonorgestrel tablet (ifree 72) after having sex without protection. This medication is designed to prevent pregnancy within a certain time frame. It is understandable if you are anxious, but there is no need for another pill; wait until your next period starts. If it is delayed or you have any unusual symptoms, you should take a pregnancy test.

Sexual issue of anal sex
Male | 34
Anal sex can lead to problems. Pain, bleeding, and discomfort may happen during or after. Not enough lube, tissue tearing, and infections cause this. Use lots of lube. Go slow. Talk openly with your partner.

Premature ejaculation Erectile disfunction Give some suggestions
Male | 20
Premature ejaculation happens when a man finishes too quickly, while erectile dysfunction is the inability to maintain an erection firm enough for sex. Both issues can stem from stress, relationship problems, or physical conditions. Simple approaches to address these include practicing relaxation techniques, open communication with your partner, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a balanced diet. Be patient and explore different ways of being intimate. If needed, don't hesitate to consult a sexologist, as these problems are often manageable.

I Had sex or not properly sex my partner just try to put his penis in my vagina but he just cannot or just little bit of it goes inside but he can't do precum or anything should I get pregnant or not what should I do
Female | 21
When a male reproductive organ touches the vaginal opening without going all the way in pregnancy chances are very minimal. However, it is not 100% safe. If this happened recently and you are concerned about being pregnant, you might want to take emergency contraception just to be extra sure. It is always good to have a chat with a gynecologist.

Taking PEP post tablet for 28 days. In this days white colour liquid taken out on my penis so it's could problem for me and sny medicine or tablet can help prevent this
Male | 23
White fluid is quite common, which is the case while you are on PEP tablets. This is not a problem. The white liquid is most probably the discharge that can occur when these medicines are taken. It's the body that discards extra matter. No additional medicinal treatment is required to cure this. Stick to your PEP and complete the full course of 28 days.

Hi I am 19 years old What causes me to ejaculate if I am frustrated or stressed about something eg I am writing my exam paper and running out of time maybe five minutes remaining I will will ejaculate without reaction and also maybe I am playing a game and keep on loosing I get frustrated then just ejaculate.is it harmful what causes it how can I solve it
Male | 19
Hi! It seems like you’re dealing with something known as spontaneous ejaculation. This can be caused by stress or frustration which then signals your body to release sperm. While not harmful, it can certainly be annoying. Stress impacts your nervous system leading to this response. To handle this, try relaxation methods like deep breathing or speaking to a therapist about managing stress better.

Masturbation is an ordinary sexual activity that many people do. It is good for finding relaxation, discovering the body, joy, or pleasure. As regards to this practice, there are no typical signs and if you experience discomfort, anxiety, or guilt, it may be beneficial to contemplate your feelings. In order to be comfortable doing it you may want to consider paying more attention to the atmosphere and use lube to slip in and out easier.
