The pain can be due to testicular torsion (a twisting of the testicle), epididymitis (inflammation of the epididymis), a hernia, or a testicular injury. Consult a doctor for accurate evaluation and treatment.

Premature ejaculation ki bimari hai, or ling me tanav na aata hai.

Male | 43

Treating premature ejaculation can include medications, psychological counseling, and sexual therapy. Psychological counseling and behavior therapy can help address underlying psychological issues that may be causing or contributing to the problem. Sexual therapy can help couples address relationship issues that may be contributing to the problem.
PS- Medications and treatments can be prescribed only after a proper diagnosis.

My right testicle is bigger than left testicle fron 3 to 5 days without pain.

Male | 17

While it is normal for one testicle to be a bit larger than the other, a sudden change whereby the right one is always bigger than the left one for a couple of days is worth taking notice of. Mention it even if there is no pain and it is okay. The causes of this condition may be something like an infection or fluid build-up.

I want to know about phimosis

Male | 23

Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin on a boy's penis becomes too tight and won't retract. It can make urinating tricky, trigger swelling, or cause pain. Usually, it stems from the foreskin failing to stretch properly during growth. Often, circumcision solves it – that's a simple surgery removing the overly-snug foreskin. Getting medical help is crucial if you or someone you care about faces these issues.

I treat a gonorrhea with herbal medicine and the symptoms subsided greatly; the pain is nearly gone(1 out of 10 remain) but the discharge still remain even though little. Please, prescription to clear it all.

Male | 40

If you suspect you have a sexually transmitted infection like gonorrhea, it's important to seek medical advice from a healthcare professional. Herbal remedies might provide relief for some symptoms, but they may not fully eliminate the infection.
