I’m not sure if I have a yeast infection, UTI, or what. I do know I have something though. My symptoms are: - Rare itching - Smelly white/light yellow tint creamy discharge (comes out all day) - Burns sometimes when I pee (like I have a scratch) and a little blood is on the tissue when I wipe

You might have a yeast infection. Yeast infections are often characterized by the genital area where there is an itchy rash, a smelly discharge, and a painful feeling when urinating.
