It can be the sign of urinary tract infections or bladder-related problems. I would recommend to you to see a urologist for a more thorough examination and treatment.

Good morning sir/mam I am 45 years old. I am suffering with kidney failure with creatinine 7.6 now I am under taking dailysis treatment. Is there is any other solution other than dialysis or transplantation.
Male | 45
Kidney failure has two most important treatment options - the best is a kidney transplant while the second option is dialysis. In the very early stages medicines can help to prevent progression. Your stage is CKD 5- which needs either transplant or dialysis.

For a urologist: Hi, I'm 16 year old male, I have phimosis and hypersensitive glans, Recently I brought betnovate-n to lossen the foreskin but how do I apply it without syringe? Do I just pull back the foreskin to where it starts feel uncomfortable, that way the cream will definitely get on the glans and over long extended period of time, won't the cream start to do harm to the glans? Do I apply it when I have erection? It is harder to pull the foreskin back when I have erection, and can I urinate before or after applying the cream? Does the foreskin and glans have to be dry before applying the cream? I brought the cream without a urologist's diagnosis since I live in a traditional village without access to such things, not to mention that I don't have the type relationship to anyone in my family where I can talk about these things, so I did bit research and I definitely have phimosis grade 3-4(I can barely see the glans when i have erection) I came across article which said that steroid creams can thin the foreskin to the point where it will rip apart, so I'm very scared and nervous. What's the chance of that happening? Ignore any grammar mistakes as English isn't my first language. Thank you very much.
Male | 16
Phimosis is when the foreskin is tight and can't be retracted. This condition can lead to itching and difficulty in proper hygienic upkeep. Betnovate-N cream can help to get rid of the tight sheath. You can apply a small portion to the tight area when the foreskin is dry. One easy way is, to shallowly trigger it back to the elastic extent without making any patient uncomfortable. Alternatively, restrict your dosage of cream to avoid the risk of side effects.

Hello, what is the most effective treatment for overactive bladder, I tried many medications but none of them helped me to cure the problem, thank you
Male | 26
It depends on the underlying causes. Behavioral modification techniques such as bladder training exercises can be helpful. If these don't work, medication may be prescribed. Consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment options specific to your condition.

Pain in urethra and below for skin
Male | 18
A urinary tract infection may be causing your issues. With UTIs, you can get pain in the urethra and below the skin. Other signs: burning when peeing, needing the bathroom often, and cloudy or bloody urine. Drinking lots of water helps. See a urologist for antibiotics to treat the infection.

Male | 25
You might have a urinary tract infection which is caused by E.Coli. This means that your pee can become foul-smelling and you can feel discomfort. The bacteria can come into the body through not wiping properly or holding your pee for too long. Drinking lots of water and seeing a urologist for getting antibiotics can be the things that will help you feel better.

My normal penis size is small but when it erectile it become large upto 11 to 12cm and my age is 20
Male | 20
It’s very normal for a penis to be smaller when it’s not hard, and then grow to about 11-12cm long when it is. This happens during puberty which is usually from around when you are 10-14 years old. So you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Hi good morning. I am female, 34 yo, For the first time I peed on my bed without knowing or feeling it. I just woke up being wet already. When should I be worried? I don't feel anything pain in my stomach or even urinating. my pee is also clear or doesnt smell bad or so strong. For me peeing for the first time on bed is not normal.. Even I am dreaming or having a deep sleep, I usually woke up.. I feel worry about it, why I peed without feeling or knowing it.
Female | 34
You suffer from something known as nocturnal enuresis, which refers to an adult who soaks the bed during sleep. It may happen for many reasons like the stress of life, urinary tract infection, or even sleep problems. Watch out for your baby’s future incidents and consider a healthcare provider for further evaluation and advice. Don't panic, some treatments can help manage this condition properly.

I have a very huge pain in my penis. When I urinate or ejaculate there is a big pain in my penis.
Male | 20
This can be a urinary tract infection (UTI), a pathophysiological condition with similar symptoms. Signs of this disease often include painful urination or discharge of blood and pus when you ejaculate. UTIs arise due to the penetration of bacteria into the urinary tract. Don't worry, it's treated with antibiotics a urologist recommends. It is necessary to consume a lot of water and maintain proper hygiene to avoid future UTIs.

Male | 21
Self-medication without consulting the doctor might be very dangerous to the patients. So you are suggesting that the unwanted effects that you have are due to the drug you are on. Therefore, you need to seek help from a urologist or a specialist in sexual health and get a correct diagnosis and treatment regimen.

I had a UTI problem few months back, after some medication it went away and then around the end of Ramadan i felt sharp pain in my kidney which was ruled out as me not drinking enough water but with that the UTI was back, i was giving medication such as Novidat and after 2 weeks i was fine, but now few days ago i felt that the urine had turned pink again i am facing the same problem It keeps on coming back this time another doc and he prescribed Becyclo 20 mg Ciprexis 500 mg Relipsa 40 mg AboCran Which i completed but nothing much changed I did a urine DR test most was normal besides a small amount of blood cells Few bacteria and mucus being present. Right now i am facing frequent urination and just a slight sting while urination. That's it...someone suggested using fosfomycin trometamol satchet but i am not sure. What should i do?
Male | 24
The pink urine and the few blood cells found suggest an ongoing infection. Both germs and mucus in your urine can be responsible for these symptoms. The prescribed medications should be taken as per the doctor’s advice for the complete course of therapy; but if the symptoms are still the same, it could be better to consult a urologist. fosfomycin trometamol as it has been found more valuable in curative UTIs in some cases. In addition, you should drink a lot of water, never try to stop your urine and be extra careful when washing yourself to protect yourself from future infections.

I have a darker vain in my right testicle. Sometimes it can be completey black. I feel pain in my right tesicle (not all the time it comes and goes but can last a few hours). It can be dull or achey. It often happens when i sit down but can also happen when im moving/standing. The vein doesnt have to be black for my testicles to hurt by the way. The pain is also mostly in the right testicle, same as the vein.
Male | 14
These symptoms could be related to various conditions such as varicocele or testicular torsion.. and a urologist can provide an accurate diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment.
