Female | 2 monts
Your baby might be experiencing some tummy irritation along with a regular cold. Vomiting may occur in babies due to the cold. The cold virus can cause the tummy to be agitated and the baby to throw up. To help, you must make sure your baby is drinking enough fluids, preferably in small doses of milk or formula. Monitor their symptoms and if you have any concerns, reach out to a pediatrician.

Having a baby with diarrhea is concerning. Watery stools can quickly dehydrate infants. You must provide extra breast milk or formula. Stay away from sugary beverages. Diarrhea often stems from infections, food sensitivities, or overfeeding. Persistent diarrhea lasting over 24 hours or bloody stools require medical attention. Don't hesitate to reach out to your pediatrician if symptoms worsen or fail to improve.

Colds are quite common in infants as their immune systems develop. A runny or stuffy nose is the primary symptom. The recurrence stems from his immature immunity against germs. To prevent future colds, maintain a hygienic environment, practice frequent handwashing, and limit exposure to ill individuals. Nutritious dietary intake and adequate rest can bolster his immunity. However, if the cold persists or concerning symptoms arise, consult a pediatrician.

Male | 11
For an 11-year-old boy around 155cm tall, weighing 51kg, an 80cm waist size could be a bit large. A bigger waistline at a young age might cause future health concerns like diabetes or heart issues. To maintain good health, balanced meals are crucial. Additionally, engaging in enjoyable exercises and discussing waist size monitoring with an adult could be beneficial.

This spider bite may show pain, redness, or itching with a blister forming at the site. Rashes on an infant's body may result from various factors - allergies, infections, or skin irritants. The itching and crying could indicate discomfort. However, if these measures prove ineffective, it's advisable to seek medical advice for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

My son 5 years old has 2 bacterial infections confirmed. H influenzae and staphylococcus aureus. The pediatrician we saw has given him tablets called unasyn 1 tablet 3 times a day. Our problem is that he is sicking the tablet up because he's never had tablets before. We have some other antibiotics at home called augmentin 400/57/5ml in liquid form. Are we able to transfer over to the augmentin liquid or will this not kill the bacterial infections he has.
Male | 5
Your worry about your child not taking tablets is understandable. H. influenzae and Staphylococcus aureus often infect kids. Augmentin liquid treats these bacteria too. Since you have it at home, the liquid form may suit your son better than tablets. Follow your pediatrician's dosage guide carefully. Complete the full course to eliminate the germs. If new symptoms appear or you have doubts, promptly consult your pediatrician.

My daughter is 9 months old and she fell face first from a child’s lap onto the grass. I am wondering if I should be concerned
Female | 9 month
When a baby falls from so low a point, they may only get a bump or a little bruise. Observe your daughter for one or two days if she behaves strangely or shows signs of being in pain. If she looks all right and acts normal then she is probably fine. However, in case you notice any worrying things like vomiting a lot, sleeping too much, or becoming very irritable please take the child to a pediatrician for a check-up as soon as possible
