We would advice you to approach a liver cancer specialist as soon as possible, if you are interested in knowing about treatment options available for him, then you can read ahead:
Surgical treatments:
i.) Surgery for removal of tumor
ii.) Liver transplant surgery.
Localized treatments for liver cancer: where directly the cancer cells or the area surrounding the cancer cells are treated. And they are stated below:
i.) Heating cancer cells
ii.) Freezing cancer cells
iii.) Injecting alcohol into the tumor
iv.) Injecting chemotherapy drugs into the liver
Radiation therapy: This treatment destroys cancer cells and shrink tumors. Doctors carefully direct the energy to the liver, while sparing the surrounding healthy tissue.
Used only when other treatments failed. Depending on type of beam and energy used, it has 2 types:
i.) External beam radiation therapy treatment
ii.) Stereotactic body radiotherapy
Targeted drug therapy: Blocks specific abnormalities which may have contributed to growth of cancerous cell otherwise, through targeted drug treatments however, the cancer cells die.
Immunotherapy: Your body's disease-fighting immune system may be rendered inefficient in attacking your cancer because the cancer cells produce proteins which blind your immune system cells. Immunotherapy interferes with that process.
Chemotherapy: uses drugs to kill rapidly growing cancerous cells, and drugs can be administered either through a vein in your arm, or in pill form or both.

can cervical cancer cause b12 deficiency?
Female | 44
No, cervical cancer does not directly cause B12 deficiency. However, some cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy, may affect the absorption of vitamin B12 in the body, leading to a deficiency. It is important to monitor B12 levels in cancer patients undergoing treatment and supplement as necessary to prevent deficiency.

What are the advantages of enzyme therapy for cancer?
Female | 36
Enzyme therapy for cancer uses enzymes to break down cancer cells. The advantage of this therapy is that it may be less toxic than traditional cancer treatments and could potentially target cancer cells more specifically.

My husband was diagnosed with cancer four months ago. Doctors initially assumed it was bone cancer, but after the pathology report came, we came to know that it's stage 4 kidney cancer. Some of our known people suggested immunotherapy as chemotherapy doesn't go for kidney cancer. We want an expert opinion on whether this is true and in that case what we should do now.
In case of Cancer involving Kidneys and has spread to other parts of body requires chemotherapy or immunotherapy. The exact plan for treatment can be decided after studying the involvement of disease and its effects on the normal functioning of the body. So if you can share all your reports with oncologist near you. He will be able to guide you towards the exact treatment plan.

A 45 year old woman just had surgery of left kidney removal due to renal cell carcinoma. A report came back saying “Microscopically; - left side radical nephrectomy ; - Sections show; renal cell carcinoma, nuclear grade Ill according WHO/ISUP grading system (composed of 4 grade), the growth composed of diffuse, tubular micropapillary patterns, the cells having granular eosinophilic cytoplasm, with invasion of pelvicalyseal system and renal sinus. Minimal tumor necrosis. Positive Lymphovascular and renal capsular invasion (but no invasion to perirenal fat). No renal vein invasion. Pieces of rib was tumor free. The growth limited to kidney, no extra renal extension. AJCC TNM staging 2N0Mx group stage I| (T2= mass > 7 cm< 10 cm limited to kidney)”. Some doctors are stating that chemotherapy is needed now because there is a risk of it being spread in the body (not necessarily organs). So my question is what does this report summarize or mean? Can you explain it to me and how chemotherapy really is needed?
Female | 45
Chemotherapy aims to eliminate unseen cancer cells, preventing future recurrence. It serves as a precautionary measure against the disease. Chemotherapy targets potential residual cancer cells undetectable through scans. This additional treatment bolsters defenses, reducing chances of cancer's return. It provides an extra safeguard, increasing the odds of successful management.

Can u cure the 1st stage of cancer
Male | 40
When we talk about cancer, early detection is the key. The 1st stage signifies that the tumors are still small and have not developed into metastasis yet. Symptoms may not be obvious, but you might notice some unusual body changes. Causes may differ, but always it is not clear why they emerge. The main solution for 1st-stage cancer is to remove or destroy the abnormal cells through treatments like surgery, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy. The end goal of these therapies is to eliminate cancer and prevent its recurrence. Timely diagnosis and treatment are the factors controlling successful acute leukemia treatment in the first stage.

My brother has liver tumor he went through surgery but doctors said there is small amount of tumor left which cant be removed through surgery.my question is will it be removed by radiation therapy/chemotherapy?
Male | 19
Radiation therapy and chemotherapy are treatment options that can help shrink liver tumors. But the effectiveness of these treatments depends on various factors such as the size and location of the remaining tumor, and the overall health of the patient. It is best to consult with an oncologist to determine the most appropriate course of treatment for your brother's condition.

You said that it was once the throat was cancer and now the neck has come back and started to move in and out due to these problems. The local doctors may have given you the reason for this increase. Usually, the main symptoms are the ones that are increasing and the pain association is the one that is moving to the cancer staging compartment. Your suggested conclusion is right - the thrust is causing a high-speed movement at the neck region.
